They have the best selection of education materials... always varied and in good shape. I always find something I never knew I needed for my classroom. I like this site for education much better than the flagship on NW Hwy. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful. They will search for titles you need and have them shipped for free from their other stores for pickup at their store, so I dont have to travel all over the Metroplex looking for a copy here, a copy there. I really love HPB, but I especially love this location.

Its an okay branch, but I find the drive down to the Half Price Books on Northwest Highway in Dallas worth the extra miles. It has a better atmosphere, bigger selection, and a more organized checkout process. Overall though, Im starting to find much better prices through online stores, and the amount of money Half Price Books gives you for your used books/software/DVDs is often insulting. They need to start giving the option to receive a decent amount of store credit for your sales, or a lesser amount if you want cash.

Always loved this store, have bought and sold probably an equal measure over the years and they almost always have what Im looking for, if not they will find out which store does and have them hold it for you. Wonderful place for books, especially if you have children and great place to start if your new to comic books. P.S. if you have a collection of old subscription magazines I.e NatGeo, Time, SI, etc they will probably buy it.

For RPG stuff, its a serious "Meh." Back in the day, you could find great gems. Now things are arbitrarily priced. And word on the vine is the stuff goes through the people working there first. Which covers the above sentence. In one case I saw a retro-clone (currently available via LULU) for more than retail! FAIL!

This place is great. Seems like they get new inventory regularly. Vast selection of books, comics, records and more. The end caps and center racka always seem to have something I want. Staff is friendly when looking for something specific.

Staff is always friendly, with a great selection of books, games and gifts. I love their craft selection and cookbook options. They break down their cookbooks into cuisines by region, plus gluten free and essays on food.

There was a guy in the cashier that was evaluating me just for returning book. At the same time I bought a couple of books. He was so rude. Every time I buy a lot of books. I have not faced that kind of rude attitude.

Hands down the most expensive selection of used LPs in the area. Not much under $10- $15 to choose from unless you like Mantovanis greatest hits or Jim Nabors Christmas albums. Golly!
