They are the worst store i have ever seen,their prices are very very very high,with the exception of a few sales.which I suppose they have to have to stay in business every now and then.they are total rip offs.they only trade,wont buy,and you will get less then a dollar,maybe even lucky to get a quarter for dvds and cd,which wouldnt be as bad but they actually want 5 dollars or more for what they give you a quarter for.anyone who sells them anything is either poor,desperate,or an idiot.I honestly would like to see their closure.

I recently hosted a communication discussion event at Fergusons. They were fantastic. The staff went over and above to help us out, the store was warm and cozy and filled with any kind of book, new and used. They even have a great little kids corner. Its a great hometown books store and owned by a young couple who is eager to help you find any book you need. I highly recommend this store. Way better than any chain retail book store. Lots of character, and friendly local folks. A++

Rude, horrible, inappropriate behavior towards customers. We complained about a nasty comment by the assistant manager and instead of acknowledging her behavior, she stood and argued with us. If you are going to have toys that are within the reach of children, the children are going to touch them. Our child was 100% supervised and did no damage, and yet we were treated as if we were an accident waiting to happen. We have never felt so unwelcome in our lives.

The store seems rather un-organized with signs falling down in places, old unattractive furniture, and multiple speakers playing different songs. The service has always been friendly and the prices are OK. I just feel they should be more organized especially since theyve been open, at the new location, for several years now.

Great folks. Theyll help you find what you are looking for. Awesome concept for a bookstore with coffee, sofas, good inventory of kids books &,toys, and interesting books for grown ups. Like Bookmans in Tucson Az.

Great friendly store with that homey feel....Workers go above and beyond trying to find your books, with all the work they do its understandable why some days they seem completely worn out!

Dont give them your business. I order a book a month ago and still havent gotten it. I should order it off amazon, I would have in two days and cheaper. They are expensive and rude.

Love this store. So many books to choose from and always sales. Calico critters, stuffed animals for the grandkids and so many other real toys. Like made from wood not plastic.

Great local bookstore. Theyve got the browsing thing down. Nice comfortable chairs to relax and read. Warm and hospitable. Love their new store in Columbia Mall, too.

I really enjoy the selection of kids books and toys. They have a great selection of Melissa & Doug toys which I prefer to buy at a local level over big box stores.

Very rude, unhelpful worker and shrugged his shoulders when asked a question. No wonder stores are closing. I took my business else where.
