My husband and I were in town over Labor Day weekend from out of state (12 hours away) for a wedding when we had some major car trouble. When nobody else could figure out the problem (3 other mechanics), we were told to head over to Beauty Street. Even though they were closed on Sunday AND a holiday weekend, luckily for us Will and his mechanic (both VERY knowledgeable) were there and kind enough to take a look! They were able to troubleshoot the issue, find the part we needed and help us get it fixed and back on the road so we could travel back home on Monday. Very fair price, great at explaining and keeping us involved in what they were looking at/seeing. Very transparent in explaining our options. Thank you!!! If not for them, we would have been stuck for two more days!
