HIGHWAY ROBBERYYYYYYY!!!! this is an ABSOLUTE LESSON LEARNED!! DO YOUR RESEARCH VERY VERY WELL BEFORE COMING TO THIS PLACE. purchased vehicle from this place in JUNE 2015, few days the car purchased was returned for "water damage in passenger side" they claimed it had something to do with the airconditioning system so they "fixed" it,but then AC was not even cold...then a few days before 30 day warranty is up,car brought back for SUDDENLY SHUTTING OFF, was driving within the inner streets of the neighborhood at 10-15 mph on the way to work and IT SHUTS OFF, thanks god was not in the highway or main roads!! at 1st, they tried to say it was the battery,but kept the car for a few more days to "observe" gave it back but couple of days later, BROUGHT IT BACK AGAIN for same problem because guess what?! this time it shuts off while driving on MAIN ROAD almost causing to rear end car infront of me and likewise car behind me hitting me. Luckily they were understanding,one guy even helped me push the car on the side of the road. BROUGHT the car back but this time towne auto tolf me that "this is an engine problem, we will have to replace it". THey kept the car for 2 more weeks,all the while after it was done, NO ONE & I MEAN NO ONE even called to say it was ready to be picked up, had to keep calling them. car was okay for ALMOST 2 weeks until SAME PROBLEM happened this time, except boyfriend was on his way to pick up the kids and was on main road,and the car started slowing down and my BF said he heard a loud "blow off" the rear. CAR DIED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, once again he couldve gotten into an ACCIDENT not to mention WHAT IF THE KIDS WERE WITH HIM ALREADY!!?? notified CHARLES LANCASTER who had been dealing with, this time they MADE ME PAY STATE-FARM to have it towed..using MY OWN MONEY FOR TOWING. this is SEPTEMBER 2015 and guess what?! no one once again keeps in contact so i call and call till finally by OCTOBER he txts, NOT CALL like a professional, he txts and says "CAR NEEDS ANOTHER ENGINE"...well WTH was done the 1st time then??!! guess what, NO ONE CAN ANSWER OR PROVIDE PAPERWORK DETAILING WHAT WAS DONE TO THE CAR OR ACTUAL ISSUE what so ever so if in the future i could give to another mechanic,i cant even do that!!!! then they tried to "work with me to put me in another car" YET CANNOT USE THE SAME LENDER??!! that part never explained but I kept incontact with the bank and they said at first they could reconsider loan since car is completely useless.. bank told me they cant get a hold of the dealer and now my auto loan is at default. who in the ham sandwich wants to keep paying for a car they WONT EVEN USE?? not to mention they werent going to be the lender anymore if ever?! granted, towne auto provided a rental car in between, bt this is not the point..4 more months and basically this went on for ALMOST A YEAR. And by today, TODAY...2-2-16, EVEN THEIR RENTAL CARE DIED. finally told them this is crazy,either make arrangements now or give money back ..idk maybe redo whole thing (which i know i was thinking too hopeful & more thank likely not happen) OR LETS SETTLE IN COURT. guess what a "RENA" tells me?? "ive passed your message to the owner (which was Ahmin, but during a conversation once before he told me he is JUST THE SERVICE GUY anything servoe related he can speak of but financial had to be charles, which BTW, NO LONGER WORKS there miraculously) This chick tell me she relaid the message and "suggests to have my lawyer contact them" WWWWWWWWooooooooW!! i was just speechless. SO WHAT ABOUT THE $16k?? gues what people, now I am stuck with an autoloan bill, lost that much money & NO CAR!! while these people sit pretty, well fed, and happy, a consumer like me may lose my job for having NO TRANSPORTATION. it is cold outside people..and i have 2 young kids.. practically a single mom working 2 jobs. THIS IS WHAT TOWNE AUTO HAS TO OFFER YOU. NO WONDER they had me sign an "arbitration agreement" oh btw this was done on a SLICK WAY too. BE CAREFUL CONSUMERS..

Update: This was a 5 star review until it came time to get my title. I just returned from the middle east and didnt have a set address yet. I told him that and he assured me they would call before sending it via FedEx... time passes and I inquire about it, only to find out it was sent USPS to an address I specifically said not to send it to. One person says it was someone else in Admin who didnt know and Admin says he didnt provide any of that information. Now they are trying to track it down and get it returned by USPS, or have to apply for a duplicate title... that also mean Id need an extended temporary tag. All the while Im in a different state now with an actual address and need to complete new registrations. I told her on the phone: I did my part, I test drove and bought a vehicle and paid for it in full. All this person has to do was make sure I got a title, knowing I wasnt settled yet. Is that too much to expect? Apparently so. Original Review: I looked for trucks all over the place and then found my ride on yet another website. They had a few to look at, and one outside what I wanted to spend... which of course was the one I wanted. I called and got Aaron on a Saturday late. But i wanted to see it the next day, Sunday. Most places were closed including this one... but Aaron agreed to show me the trucks anyway and when he found out I didnt have a ride, he picked me up. Great sales trick to pick someone up on the ride they want most. Lol and it worked too. I looked at all the other "gals and guys" on the lot... but couldnt leave Bella behind. We struck a fair deal and I wrote the check. I like the no pressure sales I got from Aaron and the group here are pretty laid back. The rides are really nice in this place too! They have all kinds of rides to chose from, you can see the inventory online. Call ahead to make sure your favorite is still available. If I wasnt headed out of town Id have driven Bella by the dealership that let me go and showed them how it should be done.

This was the worst car buying experience. Dont believe anything they tell you. I purchased a car in the end of may. Since i bought the car home the same day., the Check Engine light has been on. While within the "warranty" period ive taken the car to be repaired at leaat 3 times. Its all about a sale by any means. Ive taken the car to the dealership on multiple occasions to have the matter fixed and nothing is being done to repair the vehicle. Ive witnessed the technican just turn off the light with a code reader, With no repairs done. The "owner" comes to me and assures me he will fix the issue with the car. Even tells me what he going to replace and to bring the car in. My car waa there 3 days..get the car back and 2 days later..the Check Engine Light is back on. Ive taken the car to have the codes pulled. And even taken the information to the dealership. They wont respond and taking no responsibility for selling a vehicle dishonestly. I ran a carfax, but it doesnt update realtime, but i found that the car failed inspection the day before i purchased it,but passed the next day. The dealerahip left the inspection checklist in the car. So i was able to track down the place that failed the car and asked the reason. The reason is related to the Check Engine light being on and vehicle emissions. Now i have a vehicle that was purchased from Towne Auto Broker within the past 60 days. Paying a car payment on it and expenaive epair cost already. I honestly feel that i have been taken advantage of. When they realized they would have to put some money into repairing the vehicle, they stopped answering my calls and text. Do not buy a thing from here until a certified mechanic has given you the green light. They will sell u a dream. Im going through the process now of notifying the proper channels to seek what can be done about this deceptive sale. Im not satisfied
