As a business owner myself Im always thorough with the handpicked reviews and feedback we leave for other companies with whom we do business with. First and foremost let me start off by saying that we came across this well sorted dealership by accident while we were on our way to a well known pre-owned dealership to purchase trucks for our company. We were greeted with respect by one of the Sales ladies. We looked at a couple different trucks and did our research with full Carfax reports (provided promptly by our sales lady), test drives, and price comparison to similar trucks in the area. This dealership allowed us to take the trucks to our personal mechanic without hesitation and while we had in mind of using our own credit union for financing the finance manager did an outstanding job and got us a 2.9% rate on our loans. Our payments werent due until 45 days after the date of purchase and we didnt have to put a penny down. The owner and finance manager were very flexible with the negotiation when it came to price. We are a company who wants to get great deals and I have to say that they worked very very good with us. Theyre very friendly and really worked with us as to earn our business. Im very happy with our trucks and I surely will refer our friends and family to them. This company is definitely one you must visit if youre looking for a nice and clean pre-owned vehicle due to their great selection and customer service. Thank You guys, we couldnt be happier.

This is not a business. My husband and I were taken advantage of. Less than 24 hours of having the vehicle water is filling up in the passengers front and back floor board. We call the dealership and they say it is not their problem anymore. In the background was the owner saying "The car was only 5000 dollars!". Actually it was 7,000. All they want is your money. Even with my warranty on the vehicle they want nothing to do with us anymore. Talk about customer service. Now the car need 900 dollars worth of work, plus they "forgot" the car had previously been in a major wreck. None the less, we are taking legal action along with contacts the better business bureau. We will also be contacting the command to spread the word about Autoland taking advantage of young military couples. If you are thinking about going here, i would reconsider. Everything will be your fault and they dont have a CLUE how to treat their customers.

Best place in Hampton Roads to buy a car. Great selection of vehicles with easy financing. Salesmen were great to work with, particularly Alex. A hidden gem in the heart of Virginia Beach. Wont find better prices or better financing anywhere!
