DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! First things first when I stopped to look at the vehicle is bought it was not even close to presentation condition as the engine bay looked as it was submerged in a swamp and never cleaned, the vehicle came from the north so I understand some minor surface oxidation but still, zero effort was made to clean it inside or outside before the sale and it had been there for 2 months so its not like they just received it. I give benefit of doubt and decided to purchase it anyway,( HUGE MISTAKE) we made a deal he would have the interior repaired from previous smokers and also there is a slight wheel bearing kind of grinding going on in the front end I asked to be repaired as well. I dropped the truck off on Tuesday, assured it would only take 24 hours and I would have it back, he gave the cheapest car on his lot (with zero gas) to drive till you guessed it Thursday afternoon. Never got an update unless I called and called. When I got the vehicle back the interior repair looked like my 10 year old did it as they have a back yard mechanic that handles the warranty issues, also a pair of bose ear buds were missing from the console, probably the same guy that "fixed" the seats but i cant prove it but thats what happened but i was told they would "make it right" by the way the metallic noise in the front end was not diagnosed because " they just cant hear it" well its very obvious these vehicals are bought from auctions and NEVER inspected by anyone with half a brain. Dont worry shoreline you have seen the last of myself and my money, as Ill make the damn repairs myself, correctly. if I had to do it over I would slap myself in the face for even thinking of buying from this roach dealer, you guys should be ashamed and by looking through the reviews here, Im not alone so I see your business closing in the future and rightfully so as our military deserves much more than the BS you offer. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this dealership, I will spread the word throughout my network, as the dealership will not make good on their word. Go to a large dealership. 1 more thing, by lack of response to the 1 star reviews it shows exactly what the "leadership" here is made of, cowards and crooks. That simple. These 5 star reviews are BS and are most likely created by them.

Bought a vehicle from shoreline auto at the navy fed tent sale April 2015. Took it in for them to fix the seat, floor board and a few other small fixes. When i got the truck back about a week later the only thing fixed was the seat and floor board nothing else was touched. Drive it home and after the vehicle sits for awhile it has a knocking noise once it is started then goes away after a few seconds. Take it back in and Bobby, the service manager, says that is common on all those types of engines and that there is no fix just bandages. They wont fix because nothing is broke... Come back a week later with it misfiring and a check engine light. Took them 3 weeks to fix it, mostly because i refused to pay half to get it fixed. The way it was explained to me was the engine startup noise had to do with all the issues, so why am i paying for this when it was sold this way?? I get the vehicle back and bobby says everything is fixed and wont make that noise anymore. Next morning i start it up and the exact same noise is there, no misfires anymore though. So at this point i am fed up with this dealer, i Google this issue for about 10 hours one day and seem to came up with a solution. I buy the parts straight from the makers website and pick up at a local dealer, cost about $150. Replaced the parts and no longer makes noise on startup. Why could theyre mechanic/ lead service manager...whatever you want to call him, not figure out this issue but i could just by spending the day on Google? And for the record i know hardly nothing about vehicles. Also the whole time they had my truck they never once called to tell me what was going on with it. DO NOT buy from here.

The buying process was so fast my head spun. First two weeks car was beautiful. Put my car on a lift (Im an entry level mechanic) to take a look at everything to make sure my road trip I was taking in a week would go smoothly. I bought the car mid-february and the state inspection was for January 15 2016. Within less than three weeks apparently windshield wipers tore, headlight bulbs went out, one side didnt even have a bulb, rotors became gouged and thin... All while sitting in a lot... Basic things that you need to pass. Replaced them because it was cheaper and less time consuming to do it myself. Did mention it to mike however. Take my road trip down south, It gets hot and I turn my AC on (obviously) and within thirty minutes my floorboards on both sides all the way to the backseats are puddles. Turn AC off and call Mike and send him pictures. Im still within my warranty. Next day I receive a call from Bobby where I am then talked over and discouraged from even coming in because it MIGHT NOT be covered under my warranty because it could be a clogged drain tube. So instead of saying "sure come in we can at least take a look and infirm you whats going on" I got "you should be able to take a look at it yourself and figure it out" so you turned down what couldve been an easy $200 deductible and refused to even try to abide by the warranty you "guarantee" and still dont have my actual license plates after easily four weeks of ownership

Had a good experience purchasing a vehicle here, however it took several weeks for financing to be finalized which I thought was very unorthdoxed. Especially seeing how I left the dealership with a signed contract and all. Either way I traded in a vehicle that they did not payoff until a month after my purchase of the new one. On top of that I had the truck for two weeks and it broke down on me . Supposedly the vehicle was certified pre- owned, it definitely was not. Had a family emergency out of state drove the truck with my family and a rear bearing went out on the rear axle causing major damage and left me sitting again. Contacted the warranty company to get it repaired they have refused, said it was caused by lack of maintenance? I paid out of pocket for the first repair on transmission lines that ruptured as well as towing thinking it was just dumb luck. Now Im paying for a new rear end on a new truck . Point is dont trust anything they tell you! If you buy a vehicle here you will regret it ! I traded in two perfectly running vehicles for this truck and got the biggest p o s Ive ever owned! Chalk it up to a lesson learned, if I could Id drive this thing right through their front door !!!
