First I have to say that I have been currently looking for a car for about 8 months since my last car broke down. Mr. Auto was the last place that I had looked, although it should have been my first. A few things that really stuck out to me as a good business is their upkeep of their website. All of their cars on the website are current and new ones are posted to the website within hours. I believe that this is really important because you can browse and find something you like and not be told that it is no longer in stock. The atmosphere was also very welcoming. The majority of the sales people were bilingual which was great. All in all, I called Mr. Auto at about 9 and I got there at about 11. Got to look at a few cars and test drove one that I really enjoyed. After that I paid my down payment and filled out all of the paper work and was in my new car within the hour. Thank you Mr. Auto for being so great and Helping me get into my new car.

I visited the dealership several weeks ago after seeing a BMW 330CI convertible parked out front silver in color with a black top, the car was beautiful on the outside and even more maintained in the inside the German machine was just what i knew it would be after going over the car with Shannon oh by the way she is HOT, we took it on 2 test drives with the top up and then with the top down. All; I say is this car was worth the investment. I drove off the lot several weeks later. Thank you Missy o and she is HOT also.Miguel thank you I appreciate your business that you and Missy have put together. .......Their offices was clean and Missy burns these candles that present the enviroment as professional and yet relaxing. They will work with you as long as you step up come correct and pay them on time or ahead and you never know when you will need their services again and one thing their prices are more than competative......Good luck to you

We didnt buy a car today, but the staff alone was very friendly, not pushy, and courteous. The salesman, Mr. Pete answered some of my questions about financing and loans, as well as, gave me some advice on what route to take when looking at purchasing a vehicle. We discussed credit, interest rates and a future purchase. I would recommend this dealership.

I went here looking for a car and the man (Im guessing the owner) was incredibly unhelpful and rude. On top of that theyre office was totally unprofessional ... There were like 3 or 4 kids running around inside and a woman sitting at a desk feeding a baby. I guess business is bad when you cant afford daycare ... I took my business elsewhere

went up there and immediately saw an audi that i wanted. i was approached by an employ and discussed the vehicle. i was already set on getting it and these people helped me drive it away within just a few hours. definitly reccomend this dealership. staff is friendly and very informative and willing to work with you.

Falsely advertised a vehicle my family and I purchased 4 months ago. When it broke down they refused to tow, trade in, loan out, or fix the issue. Will never go there again
