2013 Hyundai Sonata Best Purchase EVER!!! I researched several cars online before I considered my final purchase and Hyundai topped all categories (economical, durability and best warranty...etc). I had to put the online research, consumer reviews and blogs to the test. Late one afternoon I drove on a Hyundai lot just looking around and met Stephen Schaeffer (best salesman). He gave me all the information I already knew and more. He wasnt pushy like most salesman, he was very thorough, pleasant and educated me about Hyundai. I went back a couple of days later to begin the process. Stewart Straus and Steve Sliva greeted me with the best customer service. I cant remember which one assessed my trade value and which one was the finance manager because everyone I dealt with first and last name began with an "S"...lol. Im still blown away by how much they gave me for my 2008 Nissan Altima. It was well taken care of, I just didnt know how much it was worth. The next ultimate shock came after the finance manager worked his magic and number crunched quietly in his office. Needless to say, I walked away with all the bells and whistles you could ask for and an EXTREMELY LOW interest rate!!! I am so pleased with my experience with Hall Hyundai in Elizabeth City! They put me into a car that is absolutely perfect for me. They also cut the payoff amount from my old car in half--from $6,100 to $3,000, and gave me an awesome interest rate (about a forth of what it was before). They worked with me despite my not so perfect credit score, lack of cosigner, and pickyness. I didnt like any of the cars on the lot that fit my price range so they brought a car from Newport News at 7pm just for me to look at. They stayed after closing time to finish all of my paperwork. The staff went above and beyond any expectations and I am so grateful!

Fantastic experience at Hall Hyundai! I love my new Chai Bronze (must have color) Tucson! And, I owe it all to the most attentive, accommodating, kind group of professionals with whom Ive ever had the pleasure of working! Couldnt have asked for a better car shopping experience! All the employees were very helpful to answering any questions I had. The best part was when they offered me some pizza since it was lunch time (: Before I took my new baby home (2013 Hyundai Sonata), they had the car washed and filled the tank up with gas. I was completely taken away by their customer service and would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a Hyundai to shop here, or reconsider your thoughts from not purchasing a Hyundai to purchasing one just to shop here.

Horrible service department. My vehicle was purchased with synthetic oil and thats all I put in my vehicle s since I do all highway driving. They never asked and just assumed and put regular oil in my vehicle. I had a recall notice on my vehicle that they said they checked but Hyundai is still sending me emails that it needs to be checked. They took forever to get the oil change and tire rotation done. I will travel the extra hour to go back to my original dealer, where they give exceptional service.

I purchased my car from this location and I had my car serviced at this location. Considering that I live in Virginia Beach and am willing to make the drive just for service alone says a lot. This Dealership is clean, the staff is friendly, and informative. My wait time on service was an absolute breeze and I ended up paying less than I had originaly prepared for.

I have to say, I totally love the parts department there at Ford. The staff are so friendly. It is a happy atmosphere. They will go way out of their way to find and get you what you need for your vehicle. Dealership as a whole is great. They got my business now and in the future.
