Here is my NEW REVIEW of this small business: After I finally managed to get the 2 titles to my cars back in mid Nov 2016 and sending them off, my State DMV rejected them as they said the owner omitted his signature on the seller line. They (my state DMV) Sent me the paper work to over night to Anime and Beach Auto. I did so and on Dec 19 at 321pm someone at the business signed for the paperwork. However, he was to overnight them back to me. Its been 2 weeks now and Ive yet to get my titles back. This has been going on long enough Anime. Ive called and called repeatedly. Even spoke to Jennifer and Claire. Jennifer said that there was a new policy that she would take messages and YOU, would start making return phone calls. I left messages for 3 days. And YOU NEVER returned the first phone call to me. Now, when Ive called the last 3x, I cant even get Jennifer to speak to me. Ive been speaking to Claire that says she has delivered the message... but same old same old... NO RETURN PHONE CALLS. She said that she even had a message to deliver to me and it was "Tell him Im still working on it" Youve had long enough to take care of this, plenty enough time. Im just ready to be done and over with. Ive begged and pleaded and been as nice as I possible could. Yes, youve upset me time and time again with a continuous string of LIES LIES LIES. Look even if you dont like me and apparently YOU DON"T... then WHY NOT GET ME OUT YOUR HAIR, by doing the most reasonable thing and SENDING ME THE TITLES PROPERLY SIGNED. My local State DMV said that if I had any trouble to contact them, and I have, I guess lucky for you, that they are on holiday. However, I will attempt to call them back Monday Jan 2 2017 to see what can be done to get my titles IMMEDIATELY.. Again.. I am posting on this review as I said I have called NUMEROUS times to your BUSINESS and you are either out of the office, to busy to talk to me, or just plain out REFUSE TO TALK TO ME. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED anyone Looking to buy a used car from this man, that YOU DONT.. They may treat you like youre royalty on your first visit.. but after that.. BOY WHAT A DIFFERENCE, the owner has really showed me his TRUE BUSINESS ATTITUDE and frankly IT STINKS !!!!! Hey, Anime, yes you Anime, the owner of BEACH AUTO in Virginia Beach... I even told Jennifer if you could have had my titles back to me in my hands no later than December 30 2016 that I would even delete the negative reviews that you asked me to take down back on Nov 9th 2016.. You can forget about it now....... Ive only spoken the TRUTH and YOU KNOW IT.... Ive not slander you the first time. You want this SETTLED then CALL ME... YOU KNOW YOU HAVE MY NUMBER. Even in all the emails of me asking for just a status update from Jennifer,, she even told, that YOU, YOURSELF, the owner of this company, told her DO NOT REPLY TO HIM. Some business man you really are... AGAIN CALL ME... LET"S SETTLE THIS . IT started in Sept 20 2016 , and hasnt ENDED YET.... ITS TIME IT"S RESOLVED........AND YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS INVALID.

So I picked up a s10 about 2 weeks ago for the test drive she ran great and she ran great for about 4 days. Then she started to overheat so I gave the dealership a call. I was informed for four days that mechanic was "supposed" to be at my property to provide me with my "free diagnostic" for four days the manager informed me that he would send his mechanic but he never showed. The manager then proceded to tell me that he was sorry because he could not hire decent/realiable help."Because somehow it is my problem that the mechanic cant show to his apt. Which if i were in similar shoes I am sure i wouldnt have a job. At this point he even had the audacity to tell me if there are any parts i needed for my vehicle they could get it for me cheaper price than advance. "Which if i would have been treated correctly I would have given them my business but they couldnt ever show up to the appointment or return my call so even if they were cheaper why would i even begin by giving them my business. On the fourth and final day of communication, I sat around for half of the day and couldnt get my calls answered by the manager, after waiting for half of the day i decided to fix the problem on my own. I started by replacing the battery "they claimed to have no problems with, after the battery the truck started again so i moved onto my overheating issues. I changed out the rad cap and water pump and a few other misc parts while i was in there. Onto the next start, I drive around the block and bam another overheat. I get the truck back home and decide that it is the head set that is causing the problems, i pull the head with heavy corrosion on the number 4 cylinder, with rust so heavy that there is no possible way that it just began. Once i get into the head it is easy to see that not only has it been leaking for an extended period they had also attempted a temporary fix, by filling it with a block filler. So at the end of the day yes I bought a used car, and as it goes the deal could have always been worse however if you want a professional dealership that will treat you correctly run far far away. My primary issue wasnt even the issues I had with the truck it was the lack of support. First off i should never have to call you 10 plus times with no luck of an answer about a vehicle you just sold. And never should I ever have to sit for 4 days awaiting service from "professionals" So professional they cant even show up for a scheduled job or return a phone call. Initially I would have recommended them to a friend however after the way that they handled my situation in a manner that was beyond unprofessional I will never recommend this company to anyone in the tidewater area. So a big FU to beach auto. If i could give no stars I would have. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THESE ASSHOLES YOUR MONEY. Now i sit and wait for some good excuse.....

This dealership sales automobiles with faulty repairs and fake state inspection data! My aunt bought a 2002 Camry with a cracked windshield, broken door handle and the passenger side window was off track. They did reimburse for the crack in the windshield (that was hidden under the price sticker), but Amine had his mechanic look at the off track window. They called their selves fixing it but when the window fell off track the next day, I advised her to take it to Firestone. Low and behold...... the mechanic put a stick...... YES A STICK with a bracket bolted to it in her window as a piece of the regulator!! A STICK! The window still could not be repaired as the STICK had knocked off a piece attached to the window that could only be purchased at the dealership. When we asked Amine to reimburse her, he refused and said the car was sold "as is" even though HIS MECHANIC put the stick in the window and admitted doing so! He proceeded to tell us that he can not control what the mechanics do......the owner?? Then Firestone calls and informs us that the dealer does not sell the piece separately............. THERES THE REASON FOR THE STICK!! Her ball joints were ripped also, not worn but ripped and had to be replaced. The only resolution Amine offered was to give her free oil changes valuing $200. Why the heck would she ever take her car to any of his mechanics again!! They might put windshield washer fluid in there....... not his problem though! Shes out of $800 on a 5k car in the first month. We have reported them to the state! Make sure to ask can you take the car to get it inspected somewhere else before handing over your money to Beach Auto!! He says that they do not check any of the cars they buy. They send them for State Inspection and thats it!! YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH ANY AND ALL REPAIRS! In response to the owners response....... Thats BULL and you know it! There is no doubt in my mind that your mechanic put the stick in the window as a faulty repair and you were aware of it. You offered to repair it and that was the repair, your mechanic adding the stick! You only fixed the windshield because you covered it with the price tag while selling it to my aunt. You take advantage of people who can only afford to pay a small price for a car. Clearly your consumers cant afford to pay for an additional warranty, if they could they wouldnt come to you for low pricing. I would give your dealership NO STARS if it were an option!
