By far the best car buying experience Ive ever had in my life. It was time to trade in our beloved Ridgeline for something a bit more responsible and economical, so we went to Enterprise where Max Parsons spent 4 hours helping me find the perfect car for my family. After test driving a Compass, he was able to find one we loved in PA and 4 days later, we drive off the lot in a current year vehicle with less than 17k on it. Thanks to our local credit union and Enterprises phenomenal pricing and trade-in policy, we didnt have to come out of pocket and are in the same payment range we were in with our 10 year old, 200k mile truck. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise and Max to all of my family and friends and have already referred a few to him!

They understand your situation and do the best they can to accommodate. I came into the store crying, and left with tears of joy. My husband recently got a 2015 Chrysler 300, the exact car he has been wanting for a long time. The price was amazing, Carmen was our sales rep and was fun to hang out with, made everything very easy. Aaron the finance guy also went out of his way to help us with an insurance issue. Their warranties on their vehicles are also a big selling point. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone i know.

I would have given this a 5 star review as I was really pleased with the vehicle and service provided, however, the first vehicle I was given was smoke infused. That has been the unfortunate part of rentals from Enterprise, too many time the cars have been smoked in. Of all the majors, this problem exists more frequently with Enterprise. I would otherwise rent more frequently.

I was put in a Ford Focus and had it less than a full day because I felt so unsafe in it. The interior of the car was filthy and smelly and the transmission kept slipping making me worry that I was going to slip out of gear while driving on the highway. I was pleased that the price was discounted for my troubles, but I know I will NEVER rent from that Enterprise location again.
