Excellent place to go and buy a car. I ended up buy a used car from them, and had a wonderful experience. It did not matter that it was not a brand new vehicle off the showroom floor, the customer support was outstanding. I worked with Bryon Byer, and he patiently dealt with my questions and concerns, and went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. I went there based on first hand experiences from co-workers, and had very high expectations walking in, and they met and exceeded those. It was their personal touch, where you are a person, not just some sales number, that really made the difference. I have put over 2,000 miles on the car since getting it, and it has been flawless, and I have even been contacted after the sale to see how everything has been. I highly recommend Alan Byer Volvo for your car buying, either new or used. They are customer focused and driven, which is a refreshing change compared to the typical car buying experience.

I bought a pre-owned Honda Civic through Alan Byer Volvo. After shopping around at some other local dealerships, working with Bryon Byer was refreshing and easy. He was very accessible, honest, low-pressure, and knowledgeable. He was available 24/7 and offered a much more personal and friendly touch than the stereotypical "sleazy used car salesman" you often see at other places. We were able to speak candidly and negotiate to a fair price, and he even gave me a generous trade-in for the rusty piece of junk I drove in there. I never felt like he was trying to cheat or swindle me, and I was very happy with all of our dealings. I would highly recommend him to others and would work with him again in the future.

If you are shopping for a new or used car, Bryon is the guy to see. I was skeptical about salesman in general - their tactics, mark-ups, and games. However, after this buying experience my perspective has been totally changed. Bryon is a low pressure guy to work with and really made me feel that he was going to get me the best deal possible. I ended up saving a ton of money over any other dealer in the area and I am very pleased with my vehicle. Bryon was reassuring that should I have ANY problems he would rectify them quickly and completely. Look for the guy with the long hair. Long hair DOES care (about his customers!). He wont disappoint and is willing to go the extra mile for his clients!

I have had multiple interactions with Alan Byer Volvo over the years and felt like I got great service every single time. I had a Volvo which they serviced, they gave me a shuttle ride to and from work and got the work done quickly, there diagnostic and fees aligned with the estimates my other mechanics stated. They also did bodywork for an insurance claim and gave me text and phone updates as the car went through the process. I always knew what was going on and was very satisfied with the final product of their work.

After 3 years with my Volvo C70 and the fabuolous service I received, I didnt hesitate to consider another Volvo.
