Wife and I had an awesome experience choosing and purchasing a newer vehicle at this drivetime yesterday. Lonny was awesome in helping to put us into a nice 08 Honda Pilot, and entertaining too. Great sense of humor, while maintaining high level professionalism in helping us. This was our second purchase from this Drivetime; 4 yrs 6 mos ago, Antonio helped put us into a new 05 Cruiser (he also was awesome in helping us; also high level professional). Unfortunately for him, he was off yesterday, and we couldnt wait. Sorry Antonio. Thanks again for yet another awesome experience car shopping. Expect to be back in about four years for another trade-up. Too much money for poor quality. I pay $360 every 2 weeks and the car was messed up the 1st week of buying it. My struts are bad and my belt. I wish these problems showed up the day I test drove it. Also the person Im cosigned with almost killed me yesterday. I filled a report for domestic abuse because he tried to crash the car with both us in it. I had to jump out in oder to save my life. I wanted my name off the lease but drive time doesnt care about you or your problems they just want money!! My life is in danger and now I want nothing to do with the person or drive time.

I had a great experience with Drive Time on Virginia Beach Blvd today. Joanie was superb! I love her. Very professional and sweet demeanor. I am very big on customer service and she did it! Good job Drive Time Joanie is a great asset to your company. Even if you dont walk out with what you want, Im pretty sure your experience will be great especially if Joanie assists you! Drive Time itself has great options if you are looking to build your credit. The cars I feel have decent mileage and they have an awesome 5 year/50,000 mile warranty. I was very impressed.

Just bought a 2011 mazda from there and had an amazing experience from the moment i walked in! The woman that helped me was Chasity and I wouldnt have had it any other way! This beautiful ,bubbly and personable young woman takes the time to learn you and pick the perfect vehicle for you and your needs. Any question i had was answered quickly and thouroughly. I honesty feel like i made a friend! She is so knowledgeable and personable and goes beyond her job. I highly recommend her and this location. I wish i could put more stars and rate her personally!

THIS IS MY SECOND CAR FROM DRIVE TIME THEY ARE WONDERFUL, ITS GOOD TO KNOW THAT THEY EXIST, EVERYONE WITH BAD CREDIT DOESNT NECESSARILY GET THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE DEAD BEATS SOME OF US GET IN SITUATIONS THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL, THEY TREATED ME WITH GREAT KINDNESS AND COMPASSION AND I WAS IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 3 HRS. THEY OFFER THE LITTLE MAN THE OPPORTUNITY TO START OVER FRESH AND THERE WARRANTY IS AS GOOD AS ANY OTHER CAR DEALER OR BETTER, AND WHEN THE WARRANTY DIDNT COVER THEY HELPED WITH THAT AS WELL I LOVE THEM, THANKS DRIVE TIME

Drive Time is a scam after being only one month behind in my payments drive time had my car repossessed I called their main hotline and was told that not only would I have to come up with $392 in 48hrs I would also have to find away to come up with another $300 dollars they charged me to have my car repoed and I then had to pay another $125 to have the car released back to me their cars are high priced with high mileage...my advice to anyone who is considering getting a leased car from them DONT!!!!!!

Worst experience ever! Once I purchased my car, they left me hanging without any support. 5 weeks into a purchase car begins to SHUT OFF without warning! Almost 2 months later...NO CAR..not even a diagnosis and I have done everything they asked me to do...Oh and guess what...I WAS JUST DENIED MY UBER REIMBURSEMENTS TOTALING ALMOST $1000...just to get back and forth to work. Sad sad sad business practices and horrible ethics...and yes I am still making car payments on top of all that.

I visited this location in hopes of getting new car and the service I experienced was PLATINUM. everyone was friendly and helpful and made the entire experience easy. Any questions I had were clearly answered and majority of my questions were answered prior to having to be asked.. The associate Joanie was absolutely WONDERFUL and is very knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Chevy HHR and I love it. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Awesome Team work! The sales people were very helpful and not hagglers at all!!! Very respectful even though my credit was far from perfect! I had a great time at the Drive Time location. My sales agent, Tia Belcher, was fantastic. She helped me purchase a car for the first time through a dealer. She and I hit it off tremendously. The first cas she showed me was the one I love and bought. She was also patient during my process to buy insurance. The office was comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend to anyone!
