Please check your carfax and auto check reports before you leave here. I found out my car had previous damage that wasnt disclosed to me. There is no absorbent material either incase I am in accident so it puts my safety in jeopardy. Dealership claims that they didnt know but every auto body shop I went to state that its impossible for them NOT to know. Couple months ago I would of given this place 5 stars but theyre not really for the customers/sailors as they pretend to be. Dont be talked into anything you dont feel comfortable with. Please have your car checked out Please! Dont make the same mistake I did. All that warranty they offer you is nothing when you actually need help.

This isnt some bs "dealership"just trying to meet quotas. These are great homely people out there making a statement in the car buying experience. For a first time buyer they provide every bit of information needed and wanted with no pressure whatsoever. I was just taking a friend to get a car and I got the unexpected. Not only do they provide great car service. They help establish, repair and give great credit information. Shout out to shore drive auto for real. This isnt just some reviewer from the business. Im just a guy sharing my experience. This is the place to go for buying a vehicle.

Went in, got an awesome deal with the car I wanted. Something happened with the VIN # so had to get a different car. Very inconvenient. Then they call or text you weekly asking if you know anyone. Finally blocked them all from my phone. Fast forward 5 months. I go to trade in my car, because I dont like it and I want another one. Come to find out, it had been in 2 car accidents, one of which DEPLOYED THE AIR BAGS. As a mother of 2! To say I am upset is an understatement. Nissan wouldnt take my car for trade because of that. Now Im driving an unsafe car with my 2 children in it. Awesome!

Save yourself the number of text messages youll receive and either give them a fake number or go somewhere else. Thought it was just mine but hearing other people are just as annoyed by it. Clearly not appreciative of the money you spent on a car thats barely worth the amount and will more than likely have issues soon after from things they did not disclose. Its not professional to try to guilt someone who spent that much to send people over there constantly whether you know people or not and act like they owe you anything more than the money they already spent at least biweekly.

Horrible experience. Never buy a car from here. I was sold a car that had a electrical problems the moment I drove away. No refund just a bunch of promises to fix it through a personal mechanic. I dont know about any of you but when I buy a car I expect it to work entirely. They have a million and one service members cac card information logged and saved into their computer as well. This place should be black listed. Again horrible experience just buy your car from a legitimate dealer to save the headache

Do not recommend. Theyll take advantage of your possible lack of knowledge and that they know youre in a rush to get a vehicle. Theyre prices are extremely unreasonable and they dont tell you what it is until paperwork is written up. And even then theyll only tell you if you badger them for the price over and over again. With that being said they are very nice people but I do not recommend for anyone

I just really like the help/ Rob and Tim went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I didnt have to wait long either, it was in and out. Also thanks to them doing credit repair, I was able to get financed at my credit union @ a low APR. I will most def be back

Great help and friendly service. Rob and Tim hooked it up and they didn’t pressure me at all. They helped me get a 9% apr. The other dealers tried to sell me a car at 19%. These guys are awesome! A lot of my friends have bought cars here on my shop too! Now I see why.

They claim to be prior military, some of them. They lie to you. Make fun of customers after they leave. They hire sailors so they can trap other sailors into Thor business. The cars are usually trashed and overpriced. If you a sailor dont fall for it!!!
