DO NOT COME HERE THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!! NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GET A CAR!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE AND GET A CAR. BAD SERVICE I GOT A CAR HERE AND IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. MY CAR GOT A REPO AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO GARNISH MY PAYCHECK FOR A CAR I DONT HAVE ANYMORE. THEY ARE TRYING TO MAKE ME PAY FOR A CAR OR A LOAN FOR A CAR THAT THEY SOLD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND ITS A SHAME THAT HARD WORKING PEOPLE HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN AND YOU WONDER WHY THEY HAVE LOW RATINGS THEY SUCK AS A CAR DEALERSHIP. AND THEY WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY OUT OF YOU THEY CAN. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANY KIND OF CAR AND THERE SERVICE IS THE WORST. DONT GET A CAR HERE RUN FOR YOUR LIFE DO NOT GET A CAR HERE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE AND GARISHMENTS. I CANT BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO TRY TO GET MONEY FROM ME.

I bought my vehicle back in October in 2015. I have had the same light on my dash and they have taken my vehicle to fix it about 5+ times. Each time I went to pick it up they said "Oh were waiting for the part to come in". My lawyer says theyre a crappy lender. The interest rate is extremely high. They told me I would be about to refinance my vehicle. I talked to my bank about refinancing and they said the vehicle was listed as way too much over the book value so they wont be able to refinance it for me. SMH Im paying way too much for the car. After I calculated, it was almost 24,000 for an 07 vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it.

Very bad customer service very high interest rates. Got a car from here and it was the worst experience ever had something was wrong with the car it would shake as i pick up speed on the interstate. Ask them to fix the problem they acted as if I was the cause of the problem. The car was not inspected before they sold me the car,something as simple as fixing a wind shield they didnt want to do had the hardest time getting them to do that. You will pay twice as much for the vehicle thats not worth the cost. The worst car buying experience ever. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy a total rip off.

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I Lost my job and missed a month payment and they repossessed my car... Ive paid my car note of $498 every month for the last year and a half faithfully & this is the service I get. Please save yourself the trouble & just go somewhere else.. Maurice the sales person is actually really nice and tried to help, however Meagan in finance and the owner wouldnt even let me pay what was behind to get the car back.. they simply said I can not get the car back.. its really a shame how much money Ive paid to them for nothing!

Poor service!!! Theyve "repaired" my vehicle 4 times for the same issue. I last picked it back up two days ago and within 24 hours Im having the same problem. The great thing is they are the only Suzuki dealership in the area and its a manufacture issue so they have to repair. I will never buy or recommend a Suzuki product.

They are awful to do business with first you blow a motor they fix it but dont contact the ac ND motor is still not right. Then they repo you for 20.00 teally. Wtf. They e mail well not everyone can aford Internet so b what ever happened to the old fashioned way to just mail a letter but for 20.00 really. Never again!

I couldnt believe how helpful they were in making sure my car buying needs were taken care of after all went through with other dealers. Will definitely buy another vehicle from Pembroke Auto.
