Today I had a very unpleasant and demeaning experience at Wynne Volvo. My family just purchased a brand-new vehicle at Volvo for $60K two days ago, and I was shopping for a car for myself in the $30K range. Salesman Mr. Roy Brunner was very demeaning with a sexist attitude. He seemed very annoyed with me when I started asking questions about the price and the features, he announced that the price on the dash display is "ONLY FOR LOYAL CUSTOMERS," which implied I was not, and that if I was going to purchase a car for myself, I would be paying a $1000 on top of the price tag. What a rip-off in the broad day light, Volvo! I guess Roy just assumes women are dumb. He was laughing at my questions about whether the car had a breakthrough head-rest air-bag technology as Volvo is known for its safety innovations. Roys attitude and ignorance was strongly implying that I was a crazy little girl as he has NEVER heard of such feature. Evidently the salesmen at Volvo are clueless about safety progress and such feature available in some cars for nearly a decade. FYI, I am finishing my PhD and hold masters in biomedical sciences and I do research all day long for a living therefore I dont appreciate older undereducated ignorant men putting me down to boost their self-esteem. When I asked him why there was a difference in price on two identical cars. His response was very rude and just made me look like a fool. "The difference is IN PRICE!" was his response. Even my 9 y.o. nephew thought it was weird. I had purchased several brand-new cars in the past but was certainly never treated this way at any dealership. I was always a fan of Volvo but Roy made it a total turn-off for me to even look at Volvo again. Elizaveta

Made an appointment with the dealership to purchase a vehicle. I had a trade in and cash to put on said vehicle. I had a 4 hour drive to get to the dealership, and when I was over half way there, I received a call that they had sold the car that I had booked an appointment on. Why even make appointments, if you show the booked car to anyone who walks in off the street? This was time, money, gas, mileage and effort wasted. Of course, they didnt really seem to care, because they were selling the car anyway. My point being, if someone books an appointment on a car, the dealership SHOULD pull the keys on said vehicle, regardless who shows up to look at it before then. When the other people showed up and wanted the car, I should have received a phone call questioning if I was en route, which I would have been. Instead, they sell the car just minutes before I was scheduled to arrive. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership, and I will spread the word for everyone I know to follow suit. They dont care about the customer, they only care about the almighty dollar.

I absolutely love Volvos. I got my first one in Belgium and loved the way it drove and how wonderful the ride was on long trips. When I got back stateside I had to have another one and bought again. I had my S60 for almost two years. I had my first accident in that car and it was totaled. The air bags all over the car saved my life. I walked away with a pair of broken sunglasses and a scratch form the edge of the seatbelt. I called volvo of VA Beach the next day and picked out the exact same car to buy again. James Lee helped us with all the financing and was so fun to work with. He really knows cars and has a passion for what he does. Volvos last forever so hopefully I wont need another volvo for 10 years, but then I will definitely be right back at Volvo of VA Beach!!

My most recent experience, and those of the past with my Volvo team has always been truly exceptional. The Volvo Service Team is always professional, but personable as well. They go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my needs are met, and they offer additional services if needed. They keep me well informed of upcoming appointments as well. Overall, Im truly pleased with my Volvo and this wonderful team of professionals. I most certainly intend to stay with the Volvo automobile. Its dependable, safe, and classy. Love my Volvo

I had a pleasant visit to Wynne Volvo VB a few days ago and worked with Ken Bracken. He was candid and helpful and did not have the stereotypical salesman persona that I am used to. I was given a couple vehicles to test drive without pressure and felt that they wanted to earn my business. I have not yet decided on the car I want but I would certainly not hesitate to visit Wynne again and work specifically with Ken.

Went in to trade my vehicle in and purchase a used one. I had an idea in mind about what I thought was fair trade in value. I got more than I had expected to get and the price of the vehicle was also lower than expected. I left there with the car I wanted and paying less than I expected. The staff is great an are truly there to help you out.

Good place to get your car serviced right on time lets play at 1 down to this place to get my car serviced the charges are way too high, I should be paying like hundred bucks I almost ended up paying $300 plus they made me wait for three hours just to get it done where you can go to other places and get it done in 20 or 15 minutes
