We have been so very disapointed and angry with our purchase from A&G auto. We bought a nicely priced mini van from them in March. We put $1300 down and have since then put in over $3200 in repairs. Not long after purchaseing the car, the transmission went out. We had it in their shop, because our 50/50 warrenty only worked in their shop, for about 7 days. We had to pay $900+ for that. Transmission went out again. Took it back. They had it for about 5 weeks before they said (only after we continued to call them over and over agian) that we had to pay another $400 to have the transmission replaced. Fnally get the car back only to find out that now we have to replace a catalitic convertor and new head gaskets as well as fixing the manifold. Our mechanic said he was surprised that the car did not blow up on the interstate or that we did not all die from carbon monoxide poisoning. The leak from the manifold was leaking into our car as we were driving. My kids were in the car with me while I was driving. I was mad and scared. Another $1000 out of our pocket. And then we were told that we needed new wheel bearings. There was more money. Now we have completely depleted our savings for this crappy car. But that is not all. Had to take it back and have a massive tune up, as it died on me at a stop light. Just finished paying our mecanic for that one and guess what, the check engine light is back on again. We have no more money to fix this total disaster of a car. I have kids, and now I am driving around in a car that I am not sure of if it will get me where I am going. Do their mechanics even know what an engine looks like. Do they inspect the cars when they come in? Makes me wonder. Told the lady we were just going to bring it back and they could just have it back. We are basically paying for a car we cant drive. How can someone do business this way. I am telling everyone I know and meet to stay away from them. I see by the other rating and comment that I am not alone in how I feel. Thank a lot A&G for the piece of poo that I can not drive!!!!

06 R350 A&G is just ridiculous! I have Mercedes that I bought 1 month and 2 wks ago and Im having acceleration and shifting problems. I took my car to European autowerks to get look at because they specialize in Mercedes and BMWs the diagonosed my car with SEVERAL transmission and engine problems that it can only be fixed at the dealer and more importantly my tublar manifold is BROKE on the engine... I called and told costos exactly what was going on and he said that I have to take it to whom they deal with to get it looked which is "xperts" who had my car all day to tell me come pick up my car there is nothing wrong with they drove it and the things I said was wrong with it, it didnt happen. I said that doesnt mean nothing is wrong with the car I just got a full diagnosis and its definitely something wrong with she responds why didnt you tell me that? Excuse me why did I need to if your gonna HONESTLY diagnose my car I walk out call costos he now sends me to AAMCO who honestly diagnosis my car and get the same diagnosis I got from European auto....they now have to take my car to Mercedes dealer to get looked at because Mercedes is the only place that can fix my transmission and engine do to the security codes on that model which I told costos from the start all this running around for Brenda to call me and tell me its going to be a " ball park of 1300 to fix my car ballpark can i get an exact amount? it needs a modules sensor or something.. I ask about the other things thats actually broke she said she dont know what Im talking about we can address that after this is fix "I" need to bring a deposit. Excuse me? Its multiple issues the intake manifold is broke on the engine which cause the the car to accelerate slow and the car dont go in reverse at time which cause thousands of dollars and Brenda expects me to fix their dirty work bull crap

I have decided to write an additional of my experience since purchasing my car. This is a new addition to my previous review. Roberta is extremely rude and I now hate that I used the in house financing (Cypress Finance). I have known the staff at A&G since I was a young boy and I have never experienced this side of the company. I was appalled at my phone conversation with her, and her haste to cut me off while speaking. I am also surprise that she is the only one that I could speak to in regards to my issue. She really needs to take a few classes in the customer service department. I do not recommend using them for any financing. Andy is an amazing person and usually your staff is a depiction of you. However Roberta is obviously getting her training elsewhere. Once you have purchased your car you are stuck with them and however they want to treat you. BEWARE Below was my review a week after my purchase. It has now been 2 plus years later. The whole staff at A&G was nothing short of amazing while I shopped to buy my first car. I am a very picky person, and was on a serious budget. But that didnt stop Angela from taking her time every other day for 4 weeks and walking me thru the lot showing, and explaing to me the pros and cons of each car that I wanted. I ended up getting a lexus GS 300, and it has been great. The whole staff is courtesy and the Owner Andy will make sure you get something dependable and realistic! Angela really took me under her wing while I shopped, and made sure I got something that would last and that I could afford. I have nothing negative to say about A&G except the parking sucks.!

Cant wait to get rid of this car because it reminds me of A&G! Worst place to do business. Went to go pick up my title today and received the worst run around from Andy, Costas and Brenda. Only stating names so you can watch out for these people. By the way, Andy is the owner who is never around when you call him. Divorce documentation stated that the car purchased from A&G was to be put in my name. The only way A&G (Costas and Brenda) said they would do this is if the lien was paid in full. Basically they were saying that after it is paid for you can put the title in anybodys name you want (no duh). I was afraid that my ex would run off with the title after I paid for it, so Costas and Brenda work it out with me that if my ex signed the title, I could come back at a later time pay the remainder of the lien and they would then hand over the title. Costas even told me that if my ex signed over the title, he didnt care who paid the remainder of the lien just as long as somebody did and if not, then my exs signature didnt mean anything. No problem right? After I did everything Costas and Brenda told me to do, they pretended like they never agreed to this!!! I couldnt have dreamed this plan up if I wanted to. I was reading another review and the owners response sounded like he was talking about my exact situation. Guess your employees do this regularly. Sounds like the owner doesnt know what Costas and Brenda tell people, uh oh Costas and Brenda! Well all I can say is I am not the only one who regrets doing business with this company.
