1st time living here in VA Beach. First impression was awesome got an 04 RX8, just a beauty. Week after purchase car kept cutting off in the middle of the road, check engine light always on. I listed every possible problem the car could be having. They didnt want to come tow us or provide any helpful service for their mess up. They had the car in the shop for 4 days. Dropped it to Hall Mazda which they gave us a brand new rotary engine. Week from that car had check engine light. I told them it was the sensors. Their "mechanic" so called fixed it by putting new ones in the car. Then when the light came back on they told me its no longer their problem & that they fired their mechanic. Soo correct me if Im wrong... if the idiot you fired put the sensors in & Im still having problems that you were in charge of fixing .. then shouldnt it still be YOUR PROBLEM to fix...? They are horrible for trying to make sure you leave with a safe reliable car. Moral of the RX8 it spazzed out on the highway (mind you check engine light still was on) & now is gone. Upset about everything. Didnt even have the car for a whole 90 days. I suggest going to name brand dealerships, these cheap bootleg dealers are no good nor safe for anyone.

i bought a car from here in Setember of 2016. before i purchased the vehicle, i pointed out that the back of the drivers seat was falling off and the vehicle had 2 blown speakers. The manager Daryl told me it would be taken care of and had it in writing that these would be fixed. He even came out to the vehicle and agreed with me that the speaker was blown. Now its March of 2017, almost 7 months later and Daryl has made no attempts at fixing these problems is telling me that he made his attempt to fix the seat (even though its still broken) and now that my speaker is fine. he sold me a vehicle with illegal window tint that i had gotten fined for, not even 29 days after purchasing a vehicle and will not pay for the ticket i got because of it. he has lied too many times to count and tried to tell me that window tint is included in state inspection. Im a mechanic and him trying to lie about something i have common knowledge about is disrespectful and an inappropriate way to run a business. I wouldnt recommend buying a car here to anyone. Daryl is rude and disrespectful and if i could take my purchase back, I would.

Horrible quality control and pre-sale inspection when it comes to a vehicles condition that they put on their lot, especially to only have a 1,000mi 30 day warranty... I bought an 07 350z here not too long ago, first thing I noticed was the front brakes were down to the metal, no huge deal I replaced them. I started noticing little things going wrong with the car after 1,000mi.. 5th gear had a bad synchronizer, the driver side window motor stopped working, only 1 door speaker worked, cabin fans wouldnt kick on until car was running for 30+ min.. heat, a/c, defrost. I had to replace the front PS ball joint and tie rod end... and to ice the cake..On the 30th day of my warranty after I had gone above 1,000mi. The engine blew.. timing went and broke a camshaft. I tried to reason with car choice that this wasnt right but they had no interest in getting me right as I was outside of their warranty. Needless to say, 5,000$ later I had a new motor installed. Dont buy here unless you get your car fully inspected on the test drive and extend your warranty. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

On July 3, 2015, I was referred to Car Choice to purchase a vehicle. I completed an on-line application and was immediately contacted by Mr. Evans, who was very pleasant and transparent. He verified the make and model of the vehicle I wanted and asked for the approximate time I would arrive. I arrived at Car Choice at 4:10 pm and was immediately greeted by another salesman. I explained to the gentleman that I had spoken with Mr. Evans and he escorted me inside Car Choice. Mr. Evans welcomed me to Car Choice, showed me the vehicle along with its bells and whistles, and asked me to test drive it. When I returned, Mr. Evans had all of the paperwork ready for me to take ownership of my new car! He carefully explained each page of agreement that required a signature (as well as those that didnt). The entire process from the time I arrived at Car Choice took 50 minutes!!!!! And yes, the time includes my test drive! Mr. Evans, thank you for a GREAT car buying experience! I love my new car!!!!!

OMG- I am currently pursuing litigation under the used Va. Lemon Law with this pathethic dealership. If anyone else would like to join me in a class auction lawsuit, please contact me ASAP! I bought a 2003 Lincoln LS...the second day I had the car it cut off- I had to put the car back n the shop a total of 7 times w/in 30 days. When I asked for a new car, it became a damn nightmare. The manager Darryl is absolutely a poor excuse of professionalism and lacks customer care decency. I am going on the web to let anyone know to not go to this place. PLEASE PASS THE WORD TO FAMILY/FRIENDS. I was reading the other reviews and wish I had done my due dilligence before going there. The transmission has gone and I only got the car in March so clearly a major issue like that is covered under the law. I retained a lawyer, and he has all my paperwork and receipts of monies I had to put out for the car. Please keep all your records-trust me your car will not last a year without major repair!!

Wow, this place is as bad as the reviews say it is. I actually didnt buy a car from them, thank god. Well I was looking at a 09 Civic, and was negotiating the price over the phone the next day. On the phone I was told that they could sell me the car at a certain price (out the door) as long as I paid for the tags. I specifically asked if this included the sales tax on the car and they said no. So I am on my way to this dealership 45 minutes away from house, and as I am about to arrive they call saying they cant sell me the car at this price. So when i arrive we establish a new price roughly $300 over the old price. When the paper work is in front of me, sure enough sales tax is not included in the price. At this point I was done, and left the dealer. TLDR: dealer lied about price of car when signing the paperwork. Buyer Beware

Archetypal sleazy dealership! I was at least prepared to deal with the usual used car dealership tactics. I wasnt however ready to deal with there sheer incompetence. They couldnt even fill out their own paperwork. I had to drive back there FIVE (!) times to bring copies of stuff or sign things they messed up. They wrote the paperwork wrong putting the loan under my wifes name but registering it to me causing me problems even after I left. Finally, when I realized that the inspection paperwork (pink slip) was blank they told me I had to pay for my own inspection if I wanted it. I dont even think it is legal to sell a car that they cant prove has been inspected. WORST CAR BUYING experience in my life. Please dont encourage businesses like this...buy a car somewhere else!
