THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM! NEVER EVER GO HERE! FIRST OF ALL THEY SAY THEY HELP PEOPLE, BUT TRUTH IS THEY JUST KEEP YOU DOWN. MOST OF THEIR VEHICLES ARE LEMONS. I BOUGHT A SUBARU, WHICH USUALLY LAST FOREVER, SO TO SPEAK, NEEDLESS TO SAY 6 MONTHS WENT BY AND I HAD TO PUT $1300 IN IT. THEN ANOTHER 6 MONTHS WENT BY AND ANOTHER $1000. I PUT NEW TIRES, NEW ROTORS, NEW BREAKS, NEW BATTERY, NEW ALTERNATOR AND MANIFOLD PARTS INTO THIS VEHICLE. I TOOK IT TO A CERTIFIED SUBARU DEALER EVEN AFTER ALL THE MONEY I ALREADY PUT INTO THIS VEHICLE AND YET THERE WERE MORE ISSUES (LEAKS COMING FROM EVERYWHERE BUT THE HEAD GASKETS LOL) THAT WAS A $3500 FIX, WHICH I REFUSED TO DO. WHEN I FINALLY TOOK IT BACK TO 443, THEY TELL ME IT WAS POORLY MAINTAINED, NOW NEEDS A NEW MOTOR AND WOULD NOT NEGOTIATE A FINAL LOWER PRICE AND PAYOFF WAS $2000. I TOLD THEM THEY CAN KEEP IT AND I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH A CERTIFIED DEALERSHIP, A REAL DEALERSHIP. NOT ONLY DID THIS HAPPEN TO ME, BUT MY FRIEND ALSO BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM HERE AND ENDED UP GIVING IT BACK BECAUSE ONCE HE DROVE IT HOME, IT WOULDNT START AND HE CALLED THEM AND THEY TOLD HIM TO JIGGLE THE KEY. LOL THEN WHEN HE ASKED 443 TO LOOK AT IT, THEY WANTED HIM TO PAY FOR THE TOW!!! AFTER THAT WAS GIVEN BACK, NOT TWO WEEKS LATER WAS IT BACK ON THEIR LOT FOR SOME OTHER NAIVE SOUL TO PURCHASE, NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE REALLY GETTING. THEY DEMEAN THEIR CUSTOMERS AND TALK DOWN TO THEM WHEN IN ALL REALITY THEY ARE THE TRUE SCUMBAGS. DONT LET THIS DEALERSHIP TREAT YOU LIKE A LOW CLASS CITIZEN. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give this "business" a negative star i would. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS LEMONADE STAND! they will show you cars in your payment range, and if you do not know anything about cars, they will dress it up nicely and screw you in the long run. They promise to give you a "guarenteed warranty" and any issue you present to them, they will tell you that nothing is wrong and do nothing about it to make a quick buck. The owner is an old school scam artist, as well as a money grubbing stickler. I was sold a car, that months down the road (none the less with a baby) could possibly catch on fire, and they try to blame you for it. They were the last ones to touch certain issuses under warranty, and tried to say that we were the cause of the problems. I advise you, save a few grand and take your money elsewhere. Also, Joey however is a phenomenal employee who is stuck in a crap shoot of a "business". Ask anyone in Lehighton who has bought a car from this building and heed their warnings! 443 is a scum hole of liars and theives. The 5 star reviews were placed by employess under false names. Dont believe a word they say! Save yourselves the headache. Venture very far away from this crap hole! Oh, and their cars are bought out of auction mostly "as is" or from a previous owner who showed nothing but neglet. I wish you the best of luck if you have the guts to purchase here!

Our experience was horrible! If I could make it 0 stars thats what it would be. Joey was amazing, but our Jeep (pictured) had to go back already the same week we bought it. The owner degraded my fiancé who worked in a transmission shop for 5 years when he told them what was wrong with the car. The car was in and out of their shop at least 3-4 times within the few months we owned it and nothing was fixed. More and more broke even with taking care of it. We also found out that when it was in the shop that they broke a few things and it didnt want to shift or would sit in drive but rev out not moving at all. If you want a good reliable car and if you have issues they will fix them right away go to Auto Depo in Walnutport or Whitehall Auto Pro in Whitehall next to the Whitehall Diner. I hope no one else gets sucked in by the crooked owner.

I have never written a review until now, but I have to praise 443 Auto Sales for their outstanding service! We have just purchased our third car from Phil and [once again] he has given us a great car-buying experience! Our teenage daughter is now the proud owner of her first 4WD vehicle. Phil treated us very professionally and was extremely knowledgeable and honest about the car we were interested in. The transaction was smooth and quick and without any pressure. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process and even stayed open past closing time on a Saturday to complete our transaction. We absolutely will go to Phil first when we are shopping for our next car!!!

To date, we have had three cars from 443 Auto and we have NO complaints. There were times when we didnt make payments on time and there were no hassling phone calls or threats to repo. We have never had a major mechanical problem and any other issues have always been fixed without problem. The people who complain need to remember that they are not buying a new car or even ones with super low mileage. If you dont run a car report yourself on any car before you buy it then shame on you. Keep up the good work guys!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They sold me a car with thousands of dollars worth of defects and changed the warranty on me at the last minute. I bought a 2004 Ford Mustang here 2 weeks ago, and they are refusing to fix it for free, they wont give me a refund, and they will not give me an exchange. They are scam artists. Everybody I know that has purchased a car from here has been screwed by them. Ive had to contact a lawyer and the police and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Bought a car from here, engine died soon after. they were supposed to make good on it and never did. when i tried to explain what happened over the phone they yelled at me!? so all the money i put into getting and replacing parts on it was wasted. never again will i buy from here! they are terrible people to work with. plus now im without a car which i need.

My car had a warranty but not! He told me it will go on my bill . I got a Lemmon and will never ever go here again!! Im thinking about having the bank pick it up cause it needs so much work the payment are crazy so its not worth. 443 SUCKS!! Plus he soil me a car with the check engine light on who does that!!

Had a great first time experience buying a car at this dealership. Phil was very nice and answered all questions. Jeff was also very accommodating. I gave four stars as I just bought the car two days ago. I will follow-up on this review in 30 days.

HORRIBLE place, cheats and liars. All of their vehicles are crash vehicles that they buy at an auction. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! ripped me off thousands of dollars. They have law suits against them, look into it!
