This place shouldnt get any stars! I got my car a year and a half go and when I first got it I had so many problems with my car, 1) the thermostat was busted and my car overheated and I took it in and they said it was just a sensor so they restarted it and then started to do it again and gave me a hard time and my mother in law had it out with them and they fixed it. 2) my car started to overheat AGAIN and they told me AGAIN it was just the sensor and looked and seen nothing wrong And THEN The radiator had a blockage the second time they looked so they fixed it and gave me a rental for the days they had it. 3) I only had my car for a year and a half...A YEAR and a HALF and my engine is done for..Never again will I step foot into that place again!! Danny was the guy who showed me this car and never showed me the Car fax or anything !

Truly a terrific auto service experience (how often can you say that?) I bought a used Murano at a different delaership and I like the car so much I know I will buy another one in a year or so. Since I will likely buy it from Serafini I wanted to start a service relationship. From the first call to Andrea ("We can get it in today"!) to the indoor drop off to arrangements for picking the car up after hours, the attention was incredible and the service was great. The crew was analyzing issues while I was filling out the paperwork. Great communication all day and all my issues were resolved expertly. The car runs like a top. And what a surprise to find the car washed and vacuumed when i picked it up. Cant imagine getting better service than this anywhere.

I was at the service center today and it was the first opportunity I had to interact with this company. All of the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Michael in the service department provided great customer service. When it comes to the car you and your family drive in, you want someone who understands and shows that they care about your situation and will provide you with the best options and recommendations. I will be going back for service on my vehicle again soon and will update the review (if I can) once I have a chance to get to know the company better. So far, I would recommend them based on my initial interactions.

I traded my 2013 maxima in for a suv or something safe in the winter as i have kids....they took the trade in put me in a unreliable vehicle lied about multiple things, had the jeep a day and had to bring it in then get it back n had to bring it back again. I am now going the legal way about it!!! This place is BAD NEWS not to mention all of the other bad reviews on their personal facebook page. Never will I give them my buisness again.

If you want to be screamed at, and thrown out of the store because you behaved like a normal customer - when you tried to negotiate the price of a used rusty car that was over priced, go to Serafinni Nissan used car lot. Mike , THE MANAGER from used cars lot, is going to throw you out of the store , and tell you you to never come back. Wow , what a shame for a business to allow a guy like Mike to be a manager .

Raymond the sales man asked me what I wanted, I laid it all out and it was exactly what I wanted. From the car to the monthly payments to even getting me a better interest rate, it was all what I asked for! Would come back here again in the future!

Best staff and mechanics in Broome County! Always get us right in on time. Wash car for free and exceptional service. Have a waiting room with coffee, keurig, magazines and seating. Great place to get car work done.
