Test drove an Infiniti they were selling and as soon as I went to turn the vehicle on, it wouldnt turn over. Shouldve known that was a bad sign, chalked it up to possibly someone leaving a light in and the car dying. Ok, fair enough. Eventually got the car to start, and proceeded with inspecting it, decided on a test drive and immediately as I stepped on the gas, knew there was an issue. The car felt as if it did not want to "go". I thought maybe it was not in the correct gear, not the case. I continued and as I went a little faster the car started to make a really loud, terrible noise, as in like an airplane was taking off! Mentioned it to the sales guy, and his response, "maybe the previous owner put in an after market exhaust". What? Who says that?! We proceeded up the hill to return to the lot, and the car would barely budge up the hill! I thought it was going to stop right then and there. Pulled into a lot behind the dealer before we got stuck in the middle of traffic, and low and behold, the pos died right then. Wouldnt turn over, again. Completely dead. In a parking lot, with my young daughter, and my father, in the rain! Wth! Unfreakingreal, honestly. The salesman called for a coworker to come pick us up, we waited for at least 20 minutes, again, in the rain. Yes we were in the car, but it was dead and we were stuck in the middle of the driveway of a parking lot. Needless to say, the WORST experience I have EVER had searching for a vehicle, and coming from such a big dealer like Freedom, I was thoroughly disgusted and disappointed. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that they knew that car was trash as soon as it was traded or whatnot. Im not by any means, a pro at cars, but knew immediately that there was something really wrong with it. Yet the salesman was making excuses as if it were acceptable. Disgusting, Freedom. To take advantage of people who work hard for their money to sell them a crap junk car and think its ok??? Come on. Get it together. Im sure glad no one actually bought that car and then proceeded to drive off and god forbid get into a terrible accident because you wanted to make a buck at the expense of someone elses dime. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE and I will make sure I advise everyone about this "excursion". Terrible.

Quote over the phone did not match the price of work to be completed, make sure you get a written quote for service work prior to work being done. There was an separate extra charge to put on the serp. belt after a tensioner replacement, however, there isnt a charge to put in the tires back on the car after a brake job. My biggest problem with the dealer are the fabricated reviews. A very large majority of these 5 star reviews are faked, click on the persons name and you only see 1 review per person, profiles, with unusual names, were specifically created to inflate the rating and offset the real, lower ratings. If you are going to fake reviews at least be a bit more discrete! At least 90 percent of these 5 star reviews only have 1 review, it is pretty clear what is going on here. Also posting under the name of "a Google User" doesnt hide the fake reviews because the reviews are written in a similar writing style and manner. These 5 star reviews are very fishy, most of them seem like advertisements for sales persons and are written very similarly, so be careful of the 4.5 plus star rating of this location. The reviews seem a bit over the top on describing the sales experience. Buyer beware of a dealer that creates profiles and fakes reviews and propaganda (North Korea style) like sales experiences. Read the reviews on Yelp for the way the customers are actually treated. Yelp actually cracks down on fake reviews, so that is why this dealership does not "market" on that site and businesses cant pay to alter or remove their reviews. Their sister dealership in Harrisburg also has suspicious 5 star ratings with only one total review as well, however there are enough bad reviews that it isnt 4.5 stars overall like this dealership. It is blatantly obvious that the large majority of the reviews are fabrications and they push the fake reviews hard. Management at both locations actively deceives customers with inflated ratings, if they have to go out of their way to fake reviews, they should just provide better service so they dont have to fake reviews.

My first contact was with Jennifer, via the internet. A family emergency kept me from following thru when she called to follow up with my inquiry. When I called weeks later, the vehicle we had initially expressed interest in had sold, but he didnt give up. She looked to see if there was another vehicle which met our criteria and there was! It had just been traded in and was in service being checked out. I made an appt for 30 minutes later. I stopped to see the vehicle and was introduced to Raj. From the first contact with Jennifer, through the transaction with Raj, the entire process was hassle-free. Raj was completely thorough and though he only had 30 minutes to familiarize himself with this vehicle, he certainly knew alot about it. What he had not yet discovered, we learned together! It was actually funny to see/hear Rajs excitement about the vehicle as he would come across special features he was surprised to see on a vehicle 9 years old. So, we certainly had fun with this! I made an appt for the following day to have my husband look at the vehicle and also placed a deposit. Needless to say, the following day we drove off with our "new" Toyota Sienna. Raj made this experience so easy. He is extremely cordial, knowledgeable, and made buying the van pain-free. He answered every question, and if he didnt have the answer, he was quick to get it. He thoroughly explained credit ratings, how the sales price was arrived at compared to Blue Book value, reviewed financing options, and made sure we knew about the ongoing "perks" of choosing Freedom, Toyota. I want to add that whenever I stepped into the showroom I was greeted with a smile, not just by Raj, but by anyone with whom I made eye contact. Everyone was so friendly and I always felt welcomed. Thank you Jennifer and Raj. You are both a credit to not only Freedom, but to the car dealership industry. I won’t hesitate a moment to recommend your dealership! My wife and I were actually heading to another dealership to look at 2 used Toyota Tundras. We decided to stop at Freedom to see if they had any used Tundras in stock. We were greeted by Raj Majumdar and Im glad we were. I told him what we were looking for and he advised me that they did have a few double cab Tundras however no Crewmax Tundras, which we were looking for. Raj then showed us a new 2014 Crewmax. He wanted to work up a price with our trade which we agreed to. We explained that we were in a hurry and he then advised that he would send us the quote via email to our phones. There was no pressure from him, even knowing that we were going to another dealership to look at purchasing one of their vehicles. We went on our way and test drove the ones at the other dealership. While doing so my wife had received the quote from Raj. We were impressed with the quote and my wife had some further questions so she and Raj were emailing back and forth. After getting the price on a used Crewmax from the other dealer we realized that the quote we had received from Freedom, which was only a $1,200.00 difference in price was one that couldnt be beat. We ended up going back to Freedom and purchasing the new 2014 Tundra Crewmax. The entire time we were there we were treated with respect and kindness, they even fed us lunch. The Sales Manager Greg Miller introduced himself to us, thanked us and inquired about anything we needed That was the first time in 10 years that we had purchased a vehicle. I wasnt looking forward to it after our last experience, however Freedom has changed my mind on car buying experiences. When it comes to purchasing another vehicle in the future I wont forget about Freedom and their professional employees. Thanks Raj and hopefully I will get to deal with you again in the future.
