Best optical shop in Tacoma, hands down. Ive bought glasses from several shops over the years and have never had such awesome, customized and careful service as I got from Suburban Opticians and Melissa Rodriguez. She listened well, was mindful of budget and offered honest advice and constructive options. My grandfather was an optometrist and ran his practice just like this. Its a rarity these days. Suburban definitely earned my loyalty today.

Optician was horrible. Made in issue that one of my eyes was lower than the other. If not a medical issue, why in hell do I need to hear this from Fat old lady who should probably retire and then spend over 500 dollars for overpriced eyewear??

Very thorough in all capacities. They really care about your personal eye care from a regular exam to a more in depth one if you have a specific eye concern or are a diabetic. We highly recommend this business.

Top-notch service, friendly staff, and great selection of glasses. They even had a technician fix my old glasses because they noticed the fit was loose. Really glad I chose to leave my old optician to come here.
