Even for the price you pay, this place is a rip off. Ive bought sunglasses from a dollar store with better, stronger frames than these. My whole experience with this company was below decent standards. I ordered one frame originally, which I received. They were way too big for me, so I contacted the company about returning them. It took 5 days after they received the glasses back for them to actually process the return and issue my store credit. Then when I did get my store credit, it was about 15 dollars less than what I was told it would be. I am a very petite woman with a small head, not even the preteen frames were small enough for me. I literally had to order out of the young kid selection. I had about 8 frames to choose from based on the width that I needed, give or take a couple millimeters. I chose two frames, because I wanted to use up all of my store credit and the frames I had to choose from were a lot less than the first pair. I received them in today, one pair is decent, but still cheap, the second pair is so flimsy I couldnt get them straightened out because out of 3 places I took them, nobody would touch them. At Wal-Marts optical center where I live, they told me that anytime someone brings in zenni frames they get nervous, because quite often they break when theyre trying to adjust them. Zenni claims they are able to pass on the savings buy cutting out the middle man, but in reality the only thing theyre cutting out is any quality they could have. Im at last giving two stars because when I did call to see about returning my first pair, the woman i talked to was very friendly and courteous. She was the only reassuring part of this whole experience. Im sorry zenni, but i wont order from you again, nor will I recommend your company to anyone I know. Thank you for the lesson learned.

This place has really gone downhill. I have purchased 7 pair of prescription eyeglasses in the past with no issues. But the quality of the last three pair has been very very poor. Two of the pair of glasses were for the computer with the exact same frame and lenses. When I put them on, I could clearly see a difference between the two pair of "identical" glasses. I also ordered a pair of progressives, that handled the distance part OK, but did not magnify enough to read a book. My order # is o757850920 I took the glasses into my optometrist and they examined the glasses thru their prescription detection device. It turns out that the PD was way off on all of the glasses. I sent the glasses back and asked for replacements that were of the right prescription. They requested proof of my PD from a Dr, which I sent them. So far I havent heard anything back. Customer service is non-existant!!! I tried to e-chat with them, but their system came back with "Your request could not be served. " I then tried calling them and was told that the wait would be at least 20 minutes. Im feeling very frustrated and ripped off right now. Im hoping that Zenni will make good on their promise of fixing my glasses. OTHER CONSUMERS BEWARE !!!

Ordered new glasses for my 6 year old daughter including photocromatic lenses. The first pair arrived after 2 weeks with standard lenses. I had to ship them back (at my own expense) for inspection. I was told that they inspected them and found now issue, even though I had tested them at home myself 3 times and they did not change color at all. The only options offered to me by them were to have the glasses shipped back to me as is, a 50% refund and no glasses, or store credit to place a new order. I asked them to just ship the glasses back to me as I really needed them for my daughter. 2 more weeks later, still no glasses. Over a period of several days I talked to 3 different customer service reps inquiring about the whereabouts of the glasses and any tracking info? They kept telling me that theyd been shipped but couldnt find tracking info. The following week I finally got an email that the glasses had shipped and just arrived. Now, they suddenly have photocromatic lenses as originally ordered, but it took 6 weeks from when I placed my order.

No longer good. I ordered glasses from them a couple years ago, and I was pretty happy and recommended them to others. This year, I ordered again, and my glasses showed up with badly warped lenses, and both the case and clip-on sunglass lenses were junky. I emailed them with no response, tried to raise them on chat but no one came on after 30 minutes of waiting. Ive been on hold with them now for the past 20 minutes waiting, listening to the recording over and over again about how important my call is to them. I would not recommend them again. Something has changed. Mistakes can happen but there is no excuse for making customers wait 30 minutes just to talk to someone, and I have no confidence that if I ever do get through, that they will be helpful.

Never again!! There website is counterintuitive when it comes to lens options. They originally made my order wrong, and claimed it was my fault, saying the prescription I entered was wrong. When I told them I had the lenses checked by an optician, they recanted their assertion. They agreed to a remake, and I called customer service; a call center in Mexico City, it sounded like a boiler room for illegal betting. I could hear a bunch of loud-mouthed men in the background more than I could hear the woman on the phone. Not very professional. It was so frustrating, I had to hang up, and will call again later. All in all, my time is worth more than any perceived savings.

I ordered a frameless pair of glasses in June 2016 . Four months later the lenses had cracked . I reordered exactly the same model in October. Two months later the lenses cracked again, first at the point of insertion of the right ear piece and then at the nose piece level on both sides. Because Zenni has a 1 month warranty policy they do not want to replace my glasses even though there is clearly a manufacturing problem I have now spent almost $200 and I do not have a wearable pair of glasses. In conlusion : CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE The 1 star rating is because they tell you so nicely that they cannot do anything for you.They are also SO SO SORRY !! It really warms your heart

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses which costed me in Canadian money around 400$. I waited for 2 weeks and i didnt receive anything, when i called them they said that they will send me another order, which i didnt receive again. In total i waited from November 15. 2016 to January 10. 2017. Now they are saying that there is nothing they can do and cant remborse my money or find a solution. I lost time, patience, money, hours, days on the phone with them, they just pretend that it is not their fault and they just hang up. So please if you love your time and care about your money, dont order or deal with them.
