I paid for new lenses for my sons sport glasses online then mailed the glasses to the people of A Sight for Sport Eyes for them to install them. After a few days I checked the tracking number of my shipment and UPS lost my package! I have kept in touch (email) with the understanding people of A Sight for Sport Eyes through this whole process and they have replied to every email quickly and understood the situation. I asked for a refund just in case UPS cannot find my package because apparently the investigation takes at least 8 days, then a few more days to pay me the insurance money. A Sight for Sport Eyes promptly responded to my email and credited my CC. I only hope that UPS does find my package and it gets to them to put in the lenses so I can give them the money they deserve. I would recommend them to anyone I know after the experience I have had. Update- UPS finally found the glasses (They were lost between me and Oregon) and got them to A Sight for Sport Eyes. They were returned to me today with the new prescription an everything is perfect.

Customer service/support sucks. I placed a super rush order and paid for overnight shipping because my daughter absolutely needs her prescription goggles and....after waiting 3 weeks for her goggles to be custom made, they shipped the order to the wrong address. For clarification, this wasnt a typo in the address...they actually shipped my order to a completely different address where I dont even reside. Clearly someone there cant read "shipping address" from the order form. Additionally, I had called a couple of times to check on the order progress and was told that they would call the lab and get back to me the very next day. It took me following up and calling to get a response back. Im still waiting for my order to arrive. It is now going to be a couple more days for the whole shipping mess to get straightened out....but you can bet that Im going to go get the prescription verified to make sure that they didnt mess it up too.

I believe this business is closed down. I paid for 2 pair of sunglasses over 8 months ago, and never received them. I called the company, and there is only an answering machine. I left two messages, but no one ever returns the calls. So now, they have my money, and the merchandise. I guess they closed the business, and kept all of the customers money.
