Make sure you go to your appointment even if your sick!! I got sick with a serious ear infection and ruptured ear drum, they made an appointment for a week later, I ended up very sick with the flu, fever and sick from Antibiotics for my ear. Being so sick, I had forgot about the appointment till that morning, the appointment was for later in the afternoon, my husband tried calling before they open, but they do not have an answer machine, so we had to wait till they open.. My next appointment was for another couple of weeks, but still in the month of March, my Special Needs son starts throwing up early in the morning and has the stomach flu with fever, I tried to reschedule, but my still being a patient needed to be reviewed by the office manager... So, I get a phone call that I am no longer a patient, and am unable to ever return to their office, Their Done With Me!!! So, if you dont want to be dropped like a "Hot Potato" keep your appointment, go to your appointment even if you have the flu and will expose everyone to your germs and your eye test wont be accurate, and go to your appointment even if you cant hear out of one ear, your ear has even a bloody discharge, sick to your stomach, dizzy due to Equilibrium and didnt sleep because of ear pain and once again your eye exam wont be exactly right, and bring your Special Needs child whose throwing up into the office and will have to sit there alone while you have an eye exam, because you dont have anyone to watch him and your husband has to work because you are disabled and have a Special Needs child.... If you do not do these things you no longer have an eye doctor and theres only a few Drs who take your health insurance and you need regular eye exams because your Diabetic!!! No Thank You, I would rather find a Doctor and Office staff with a Kind, Considerate, and Caring Heart!!!

Not the individual care Id hoped for. Should have known when I noticed an ad for botox for lips & wrinkles sitting on the front desk. At an eye clinic?? Theyve sold out to the man. They now do NOTHING the first visit- you have to come back "another time" for any eye procedures, wont even give you a RX for a non-narcotic eye gel. They are in it only for the money these days. I havent seen the bill yet, but I am afraid! There are much more people friendly eye doctors out there. No more corporate clinics for me!

The staff are very, very nice. However, not $278 for a routine eye exam nice. Ill repeat $278 for a first time routine eye exam.My insurance couldnt do anything because of the way they coded it. The billing lady was incredibly sweet, but unable to do anything about the coding. I try to support local business, but I now I cant wait to go back to Sears.
