I have been wearing glasses for 45 years and never received a wrong prescription until I visited Elite Eye Care! In fact, they got it wrong twice! After they got it wrong the second time, they demanded I pay for another eye exam. Americas Best by Vancouver Mall ended up rechecking my prescription and remade my glasses FOUR times, and they didnt charge me for Elite Eye Cares mistake. When presented with the correct prescription, Elite Eye Care would only offer an apology. You would think with the nightmare they put me through, they would offer a free pair of glasses or a refund of my exam fees? NOPE! Dont go here! Go to Americas Best, pay less and get it right!

I dont usually write reviews for businesses that I have visited but this was one that I really wanted to share. If you are searching for an eye doctor that will make you feel comfortable and leave feeling like you were well taken care of, then look no further. Dr. Snider at Elite Eye Care is very knowledgeable, passionate and caring about her field and her patients! She got me into the correct type of contacts and helped me understand my dry eye problem. The front office staff are friendly and professional. Lots of really cool, unique and flattering frames to choose from as well! I am very pleased with my experience there and encourage you to try them out!

Enjoy paying extra? Want to keep coming back to the doctors office because they get your prescription wrong? Like to feel like you are in a tourist town market haggling not to buy more stuff? Want extra things tacked onto your glasses purchase without knowing about it until you ask: "Why are these kids glasses $600 after insurance?!" "Bifocals," they will tell you. Never did previously reveal your barely near-sighted child might need bifocals until it comes to paying for it. If you answered, "yes!" to any of these questions, than Elite Eye Care is for you!

My husband and I were very impressed with the service and selection at Elite Eye Care. The glasses and sunglass colleciton were great. I absolutely love the sunglasses I picked out. The eye exam was very thorough with top of the line equipment to run the test. I was impressed! The staff was very friendly and Dr. Schissler was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Had a very bad experience and will never be back. The office is very disorganized. They did not follow-up with me and dropped the ball multiple times with no attempt to make things right. Just wanted to keep taking money and not providing the services that paid for. Office visit was rushed and the doctor hardly seems available.

They were wonderful in taking care of me . Kelly did a wonderful job in assisting me in choosing the perfect Eye Glass frames with me. The Optometrist was exceptional in her knowledge and Eye Exam. She really took care of me and I felt like I have a great prescription for my new lenses.

Very thorough eye exam with up to date technology. Huge selection of eyeglass and sunglass frames with great brands and styles. Lots of kids frames which was helpful. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Great quality, I would highly recommend this business.
