I went there because we had such a horrible and unprofessional visit to the ER at Legacy Salmon Creek. My Husband and i were pregnant and I started cramping and bleeding. I arrived at Legacy ive never been but it was close to me and my AMAZING OBGYN delivers there so why not. MY FIRST MISTAKE next time I will goto SW. However, the next morning after receiving more bad experiences from the ER after calling to see if they found discharge paperwork and i can be given a prescription.(I will be writting another review for Legacy ) I went to Urgent Care. By this time I knew we were having a miscarriage and it extremely painful but I was not given pain meds at the ER. The Urgent care workers acknowledge my suffering while sitting in the waiting room. One nurse came to get my husband and i. There was no need to see a DR. she called the Lazy ER Already and figured out what happend and had them place my prescription at the front desk. She apologized for me having to wait the 5 shourt minutes but did not want me to have to wait any longer. Thank you guys for caring, and going out of your way.

Went into urgent care at the Vancouver Clinic in Salmon Creek for my husband that was in a quad accident. We were out of town when it happened and he was transported from the sand to the hospital. When we got back into town we wanted a follow up visit to make sure everything was ok. He had broken his back and had a sprained ankle. When we were seen by the PA named Aaron Adam he was very rude. My husband was trying to explain what was hurting and at times he talked over him. He explained something that was hurting a little bit and may have a concern about immediately he said we needed to go to the ER. We tried to explain maybe your misunderstanding what we are trying to say. He was very rude and pretty much said go to the ER and walked out of the room. This is THE worst doctor we have ever seen! He barely gave us 5 minutes of his time. The next day we went to Rebound at Peace Health and we were treated completely different. We had a wonderful experience there. There was absolutely no need for Aaron Adam to be such a JERK! Waste of time and money...

I went to the ER last Tuesday and was diagnosed with pneumonia. I was given a treatment of antibiotics and after completing the prescription still didnt feel better. I tried to get an appointment to see my primary care physician at the Vancouver clinic and was not able to get in and was referred to go into the urgent care. When I attempted to explain my situation the receptionist asked me "You dont want to go back to the ER?" Why ask me this? I have been told that it is lest costly to go to the urgent care when possible. All I was hoping for was to make sure that the pneumonia had not gotten worse and to determine if maybe I needed a different type of antibiotic or treatment plan. I wasnt coming in just because I had the sniffles and hate feeling like my concerns about my health are not important. I chose to not be seen there. I will go to the ER and pay extra to feel like my health concerns are important. I think it is time to find a new medical provider.

I was very skeptical about coming here because of the bad reviews. And now I now why!! Its hard enough to switch providers in your 3rd trimester of first pregnancy, and its even more frustrating when you are dealing with nurses that give as little detail as possible! I got scheduled for a 7:45 appointment for a glucose test, the ONLY thing I was told was to show up at this clinic at 7:45 am... I came to the clinic to find that there are multiple suites, which no one told me where mine was!! This made me 20 minutes late until I asked everyone there where my appointment was located at! Then once I got to the suite, they wouldnt take me because apparently I was not allowed to have any food or beverages for the test... Again, NO ONE TOLD ME! So I turned around and went home in tears, not only did I have to miss work for this, but it was for absolutely nothing. Dont bother calling to reschedule.

Had a vasectomy performed here and the pain and swelling lasted for 3+ months. The urologist who performed the procedure didnt believe that I was in pain, said the swelling wasnt happening despite clear visual evidence and tenderness of one side versus the other, and denied that another issue (where one testicle traveled up into my abdomen) was really happening even when I demonstrated it. He actually said, "What youre doing is not physically possible." He didnt want to examine me nor did he offer to do an ultrasound. Im being treated elsewhere for a bacterial infection and my symptoms are dramatically improved in the first week. I sent a letter to the chief and never heard back. Ive been a regular patient for nearly 7 years at both locations and only now that Im going to doctors outside of this clinic am I seeing any improvements in my health.

Ive been a patient here for about twelve years, and their new administration policies have led to two near death experiences that could have been easily avoided. (Which has recently been proven by other physicians) My wife was also recently sexually harassed by a technician at the pacific sleep center. Guess whos getting sued! Once you idiots start shedding equity out of your asses, Im guessing your putrid executive privileges will suffer a bit. Im hoping to get a few others to go along with me. Itll be fun to watch you pay for your ridiculously short sighted business model. Did I pound it into your head yet? Your doctors almost killed me TWICE, and it was all due to your now obviously well known cutbacks and executive directions. Im looking forward to meeting your lawyers, since I know you wont actually show up.

Terribly disappointed with TVC, our children have been patients for over 8 years and suddenly administrators decided to purge thousands of clients due to greed. Doctors at TVC state they are saddened by the behavior of administration but have no "say". What an awful reality Doctors have no input and are not allowed to advocate for patients. The 1 star isnt deserved. Shame on The Vancouver Clinic, if business was that difficult cut back some do not dump all loyal long term patients in paticular children. All administrators at TVC should hang their heads in shame. What is our great country coming to.....

I hated to give this even one star. New Years Day I needed to be treated for UTI. Doctors office was closed. I googled and found this facility and they offered appointment scheduling online. I scheduled an appointment. Only to arrive and be told that were not taking new Medicare patients. I looked at the list of insurances and saw several Medicare supplements ,listed. The receptionist had no suggestion except to try a place down the street which was closed. Ended up in ER. If they dont accept certain insurance they should ask about your insurance during the scheduling process.

We had a mixed experience. The doctor was great, but they messed up the billing for a simple eye exam. When I called to determine why we were billed for something we are covered for, I was told to call our insurance to fix the error. Insurance informed me they billed the exam and prescription incorrectly. I then had to call back and inform The Vancouver Clinic of there mistake. I should not have to do the footwork for their mistake. Needless to say we will not be going here again. Make sure they have the correct insurance information.
