Called to inquire about contact prices, and the male who helped me was so incredibly rude! He interrupted me before I could finish my sentences, and halfway through me talking said Ok, and went to hang up on me. He was no help in trying to get a printout for the contact price so my eyecare provider could price match since Costco doesnt bill with my insurance... just said "its whatever you want to do".

Very good service at Optical Department. Nice selection and they even have some COACH frames which I love. Prices are very reasonable especially for progressive lenses and the staff answers questions thoroughly. Overall very pleased!
