I have never been treated so horribly by staff until today while picking up my glasses. There was an obvious mistake in my prescription, but yet the GM, Nicole, kept telling me to wear them for 2 weeks. Obviously if I can read writing on the wall across the room without my glasses, but cannot with the glasses on, there is a definite problem. Long story short, I ended up getting a refund and not taking the glasses that I waited nearly two weeks for, and which I loved. The GM was laughing and smirking the whole time, and exuding a complete lack of tact and professionalism. Speaking to your customers as if they are idiots is not proper customer service. When I got home I called the store to see how I could reach the District Manager, and Nicole basically told me too bad, and continued to laugh at me. Very inappropriate.

To schedule an eye appointment and have to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor is ridiculous. I will not return to this location.
