We were late for our appointments due to road closure and traffic. I did call ahead and let them know. Staff was understanding and made sure we both were seen and were helpful with picking out frames and explaining our benefits. New technology was used to map our eyes which sure beats dialation. Dr. Knight was fabulous in explaining what he was looking at in the pictures. I felt valued as a customer and will continue to go there.

Outstanding staff and services. Tons of frames and lens options. Great support for first time contact lens. I would highly recommend this to anybody looking to try a new eye doctor. I dropped in, expecting nothing more than to browse for new frames. Because of a cancelation I was able to get an eye exam. The technology used during my exam was first rate and exacting. I came away fully informed of the health of my 66 year old eyes and assured that my new glasses will be perfect.
