This place is TINY. Of course, my point of reference is the Cycle Gear in Sacramento. Decent selection, and nice employees, just cramped. Pricing is hit or miss, but they have pretty regular sales. Great helmet selection! **UPDATE: since this review, theyve opened up into the suite next door and more than doubled their space. Way more inventory, and more room to move! Their selection has gotten better as a result!

Missing ICON gear shame on you guys... The bilt line is really sub pair at lease I never had a employee push the product to me. I mainly have to shop online because the ICON gear is out of line or they no longer carry it sadly.

Great sales on winter and summer gear, huge selection for street dirt and cruiser bikes. Tire change bring in the old one and they put the new one on all included in tire price,most of the time same day while you wait!!

Dont do business with these people unless you like to get ripped off. This is the second time they burned me for tires and it wont happen again. If you do go there try to get me my 50 bucks back. They are thieves.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever, I may as well have been in Walmart. Completely on my own walking back and forth through the store trying on a rain suite. Ridiculous!

The employees are typically very helpful and knowledgeable..the Bilt brand gear they sell not the best quality, but the Sedici gloves, boots and tail bag have been good to me!
