Went in for a full service because I thought it would be cheaper then going to Yamaha. Told them that I was riding all the way to Oregon and I needed everything checked out. Paid around 600 dollars and they said the service was the exact same that Yamaha offered. They didnt even bother to check any of my wiring whatsoever. I get to Oregon and my bike was acting weird so I pop open my storage compartment and there is a mouse nest inside there. Along with that my chords were chewed through and barley staying together. I know its partially my own stupidity, but I literal told them to check EVERYTHING. I dont know how to be more clear about that. Glad Im alive but would never waste money on a place that doesnt value their customers lives.

Had them replace my fork seals. Should have been a simple seal change but they charged me $200. I have a suspension guy I usually go to and he charges around the same so I didnt worry too much. My fork seals blew out after two rides in dry dusty conditions which is BS. I took my forks to my guy and he found that they didnt even replace all my seals and didnt polish my fork tubes. On top of that they were WAY out of adjustment. If you need to get your forks done AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I will not be returning...

These guys are absolutely great! Dropped off a motor after having some shifting problems when i reassembled. Without hesitation Chris was able to help me and get it all squared away with the motor back and running friday afternoon after parts arrived friday morning. I will be recommending this shop to anyone whoever has motorcycle problem. Dont feel shy to ask questions! They will gladly answer them.

My brother and I are on a road trip from San Diego to San Francisco on his brand new ural. The bike was having some problems being idle so we gave chrismoto a call for help. He was pretty busy but was kind enough to take time to take a look at the ural. He was great with helping us out and sending us on our way. Thank you Chris!

I brought my MV Agusta in for an emergency tire replacement (picked up a nail) while passing through SLO. They had my bike on the hoist right away and they put me back on the road in the time it took to grab a cup of coffee. Friendly service at a very reasonable price.

These guys are super nice with very fair pricing. The dude ryan who answers phones is also super knowledgeable, and when someone hit my bike, he really reassured me on everything. Overall i think everyone should know about and use these guys!

Very friendly staff and one hell of an honest mechanic. I came with a problem on my choke cable and they got me fixed quickly and even explained to me the problem, showing me the issue on the bike step by step. I will be coming back
