I just can’t say enough good things about this shop and the staff that Dwayne has hired here. I had traded in a motorcycle for a Harley they had for sale here and had a great sales experience with Kevin. All my questions were answered and those that didn’t have answers were either found for me or I was told that he didn’t know; which is appreciated. When you can look your salesman in the eye and ask flat out if they would buy the bike they are trying to sell you and get an instant no BS answer, you know you are dealing with a straight shooter. I had my bike for just under a couple weeks when I had a failure on the back end while riding. I was fortunate enough to get my back home in the garage and gave Owen’s a call the next day. I was told they would have a trailer down that day to pick up the bike and figure out what went wrong. I happened to be the victim of the last owner unfortunately and it would not have been anything either Owen’s or myself would have been able to know without working on the bike unnecessarily. None the less, they got my bike fixed and then some. During the failure there was a small amount of cosmetic damage to the swing arm that they were also able to have replaced for me. Terry in parts was great about being upfront about the process and the scope of work that would be involved as well as making sure I knew what worst case scenario would be. I got a call from Jake, who also works in the service side of the business, a week ahead of schedule and was told they would be getting my bike trailered back to my home. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and I would have no problem suggesting to anyone I personally know that they deal with Owen’s Harley in Yakima. I typically err on the side that people are usually willing to help until you give them a good reason not to. I really feel like this day in age with all the costs involved with correcting the issue I had with my bike; that Owen’s truly did go above and beyond for me which is a breath of fresh air.

Would had given them zero stars but you can not do that.....Worst service department in the Harley Dealership network. I took my wheels in to have new tires mounted. They tell my I need a new rear wheel and that they would order it. It would arrive in five days. I call in five days to see if the wheel had come in. Ooops...we forgot to order it. The excuse I got was they have some new "shipping and receiving guys who dont know the system". So they next day air the wheel. No phone call when it arrives. When I do call they tell me they will get to it next week. So I went down got all the parts put the wheel together in an hour and will have the tire mounted by another vendor. This is not the only problem I have had with the service department just the most recent. In the end I will never spend my money in that dealership ever again. This is too bad because they have some great parts guys there, Cory is very helpful and should not be lumped into this review. Overall, go somewhere else you will save time and heartache by going to an out of town dealership or ordering online. Shame on you Owens.

The service department is laughable. I called a week and a half ahead to get a appointment setup so someone could check out my bike and I wouldnt have to wait a long time. Sadly their system failed, I came in on the day that they told me (in which they did not give me any specific time for drop off). When I showed up they said that my appointment was not in their system, meaning that my bike goes to the back of the line, behind all of the bikes with appointments. I left my bike thinking that because I called in a week ago that they would hopefully get it done quick ( I just needed an inspection) after the bike sat for 24 hours with no one even looking at it I was tired of it. I recommend if you are getting service here to call them several times before you go in to make sure that they actually got your appointment scheduled (cause either their computer system failed or their employees did). As for me Im done with them I will be taking my bike to the tri-cities to get it serviced.

Owens cycle is at the bottom of the list. I purchased a used bike that the sales staff and service staff gave high remarks about even knowing there may be future issues. The bike died on the trip home. Was told I couldnt ride it like a "normal" bike because it had upgrades. The bike was returned 2 times to get fixed. The third time it was taken to my local Harley dealership and diagnosed with internal motor problems. Owens refused to assist in the repairs due to the fact it was taken to another Harley dealership. As per Harley Davidson Corporate office....a Harley dealership is a Harley dealership. I only had the bike 6 months and had constant problems.Harley Davidson stands by theyre products. Its a shame not all of theyre dealerships do. Owens needs better business ethics.

Their service department is the worst. Took in some small ATV tires and rims that I purchased through their store to have them mounted. It took 4 phone calls to them, one every other day to get the status of the work and I we repeatedly told that they were having trouble with the service. When I called the final time I was told that the service had been done 4 days earlier and they were ready to go. Never got a call from them. They claimed they called me and even said they talked to me on the phone. Each time I talked with their service department I verified my phone number and each time they said they would call me with updates or when it was completed. Will not be using their service department again.

Service department is terrible Ive called them for multiple quotes and they consistently tell me I will get a call back within the hour and I never do. I dont understand how they try to portray a trust worthy buisness if they cant return a simple phone call. Management needs to do something about this because theyve just lost another customer.

In July my husband and I were traveling thru Oregon and had our 2011 TG serviced here. They got it right in and got us on our way. A couple days later the bike was bogging down in higher elevation. The bike was blowing oil out of the breather. The tech had put too much oil in the crankcase causing it to blow out.

Had a flat tire just outside of Goldendale on a road trip yesterday. Got towed to Yakima to their shop. The next morning they installed a brand new tire for me and I was able to continue home on my road trip. Thanks to Jake and other guys in the service department for quickly getting me back on the road!
