This shop had my scooter for over 2 months for what should have been a very simple fix. As it neared the 2 month mark, after I had called several times to check on the status of the scooter, the mechanic offered me a discount on the labor. This was, of course, to make up for the wasted money on unnecessary new parts that were installed. I understand sometimes these things have to be ruled out by process of elimination, but it shouldnt have taken 2 months to do this. When I called AGAIN 2 WEEKS later, they told me that they were just finishing up. Later that afternoon when they called to tell me it was finally done, the "discount" was hardly noticeable, since I was still charged $65 for an hour of labor.

Response to Chelsie Thomas I apologize about your experience here. All parts put on your scooter were needed and okayed by you. Your Scooter is a Chinese off brand and no one else could get parts for we were the only ones that would even work on it. As far as taking a long time to complete it you brought it in for a charging issue when in fact the problem was something else wasting time looking for a non existent problem however we only charged you for one hour even though 2-3 hours were taken to find the right problem and fix it, another problem was shipping time for parts as it is a Chinese brand and they come from china had you provided the parts needed it would have taken a lot less time.

Had an appt to replace coolant and found out it was ok. Told the mechanic about another problem I was having and fixed it in ten seconds. I trust this company with my bike. It will be done right and proper cost that will be proper for parts and labor. I am riding worry free.
