Took my bike in for repair due to low oil pressure and oil pressure light coming on. Long story short after 3 failed attempts to fix it and $2,000 dollars I am working on the problem myself, they of course say it is normal for oil pressure to sit at 0, also, while my bike was in their shop for the third time to be fixed they had a water leak in thier work area, If you were caring for others bikes would you not wipe the water off those bikes? They did not bother and I end up with spots in my saddlebag, fairing, and trunk that will not come out. They got my bike to fix an oil pressure/ pump problem and gave it back to me in far worse condition. I refuse to spend another penny in that store or its affiliate Modesto Harley Davidson.

We purchased a 2007 Softail Deluxe from Jamestown H-D and Allen was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, no hassle. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us pick out some accessories for the bike (windshield, saddle bags, etc.). We never felt hurried. I hadnt ridden for 15 years so was a little nervous about jumping right on hwy 108 during Friday afternoon traffic before getting my feet wet again on some slower roads. Allen offered to deliver the motorcycle to my house which I happily accepted. Overall, we had an awesome experience at Jamestown H-D and are very happy with our new bike!

Always having events with rude bikers blocking the highway, pulling out in front of cars without even looking, yelling at people and cutting them off while theyre just trying to drive up a highway! They act as if they own the road! Its a freaking highway, not your personal parking lot! Wish they would get kicked out of there!

Had a loose shifter while riding by on a 3 day trip. They pulled me into the shop and fixed it for free. I bought them lunch as a thank you. Thanks Allen and David!

Very nice place and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Tons of cool apparel and se really nice bikes. Stopped in while riding up to Sonora for the Frog jumps.
