Its 2:15 on a Saturday and we wanted to send flowers to a young lady that is very special to our family. We wanted to have it delivered today so that it would help cheer her up for the weekend. The lady at Grand Bouquet Florist said that they close at 4pm but would make sure it was delivered today. Thats the type of customer service we would like to get from everyone we do business with but is so rare in todays environment. Great Job!

A couple of days before Christmas, I needed a last-minute bouquet. Erin helped me with an arrangement that fit within my budget and sounded beautiful. She was very friendly and very very professional. The flowers were on their delivery truck within minutes. I couldnt be happier.

This place has been in business for thirty years and its easy to see why. Ordered flowers this morning at 10:30 and they were delivered to my mom same day, on her birthday, by 2:00! The quality, price, and service was impeccable. Dont go anywhere else!

Horrible service by the owner and manager, she was extremely condescending when I ordered a bouquet and she sent something ENTIRELY different. Be warned, she sticks by her "substitution policy" which includes substituting EVERYTHING in your bouquet!
