Had placed an order online with ProFlowers and paid 9.90 extra for guaranteed delivery on Valentines. Well, they didnt deliver as promised. Called Coalinga Floral at 3:00pm, and the flowers were delivered by 4:30pm! I will only used them for as long as I reside in Coalinga.
