My sales person was Murphy and from the start she showed genuine concern for what I wanted out of a bike. She wasnt pushy or bothersome like a lot of other sales people. I was left alone to make my decision and she was available if I had questions. This is how I prefer to shop. I dislike clingy sales people and being pushed into something Im not ready to do. I think Murphys personality just really meshed well with how I prefer to do business when making a serious decision on buying a vehicle. I spent time time talking with her boss, Mike, about some financing and trade-in options. Again, no pressure, just straight up honest numbers. He gave me the breakdown of everything and didnt try to focus on "just my monthly payments" like weve all had before. Im a numbers kind-of-guy so I really appreciated the effort to do as much as possible before even running my credit. There was no fudging around what parts of the financing i wanted to talk about and there was no rush to complete anything. So we made an agreement and I brought my old bike to trade in. I decided to ride it one last time up to the store to say goodbye before trading it in, and THREE MINUTES from the location on I-85, I had a 1st time issue from running over some kind of cloth material in the road on the way to the dealership. This made the bike unrideable for the rest of the trip. I ended up pushing it for about an hour back to the dealership and absolutely distraught b/c i knew i had no chance of leaving that day with ANY bike and was absolutely going to face some sort of repair cost in the future for mine. As a side note their garage guy, Patrick, was super helpful as well from start to finish. He gave me many details about my bike situation and kept me up to date on any issues during the entire process). Mike reviewed the damage with me about my poor bike. It was a mess in my eyes beccause I take care of everything I own and to see my precious bike with any sort of issue at all was just upsetting. Mike and I sat down and the he told me hed still stand by our agreement if i wanted to continue with the trade. How awesome! After getting approval from my bank on the financing before I left for the dealership (40 minutes away), I find out my bank refused to do the Loan for reasons unrelated to the the dealership. Mike, yet again, worked with me on the numbers and the financing details which got me approved. (An even better deal than my bank was offering so that was a win). These guys and gals that work here are just amazing. I know this place is rather far for me, but you just dont see the kind of honesty and passion in most industries these days, especially Sales. I wanted to keep this short but there were too many amazing things to brag about. It was just a series of bad luck on my part and having to cross hurdle after hurdle to get through this process was just unfathomable to me. They jumped with me every step of the way and it was much appreciated. Thanks again Murphy, Mike, and Patrick!

I went to SRS Motorsports a few weeks ago after receiving a phone call from them. I had applied for a credit app on a kawasaki ninja 300 w/abs and they had told me I had been approved and that I should come down to the store! So my wife, son, and I did exactly that and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Everyone there treated me like I was family. I promise you, you will NOT find better customer service any where else (I was a car salesman at one point so I know how the sales game works). They did want to make a sale but the biggest thing I noticed was they genuinely wanted me to get my first bike there! They were excited that I was a new rider and wanted to get me hooked on riding! And Im glad they did cause I have been riding my bike everywhere. Melissa handled the financing part and did an absolutely amazing job! Not only did she kill it in getting me a $0 down payment but she also was so nice to get my son and I a drink from the store next door while we waited for all of the paperwork ( understand that hurricane matthew had just hit North Carolina and it was poring down rain, thats customer service at its finest folks). I went to pick up my bike the following Tuesday I was greeted by about 5 workers outside who showed me all these features my bike had and tips on riding and recommendations on classes and things like that but the fact that all of those people were out there and excited for me and my new bike showed me that they appreciate their customers and really want to gain your business for life and I must say they have done that! I will never buy another motorcycle or power sport vehicle from any one else period. They were so great that even my wife wants a bike and guess where shes going to get it from...SRS MOTORSPORTS thats where! (I want to thank everyone there who treated my family and I like gold it really meant a lot to us and I couldnt thank you enough. I also want to thank you on your advice to take the riders safety course because I learned a lot of things no one else would have shown me and now I have my motorcycle license and it really helped put my wifes mind at ease know I know what to do in case of an emergency on my bike. Everyone was so helpful and I wouldnt be riding today if it wasnt for everyone there so thank you so much and I cant wait to see everyone again soon!) -Jordan H. Thomasville, NC

Was initially pleased to obtain a timely service appointment to install a rear tire (purchased elsewhere) and have an oil change on my Kawasaki 1700 Nomad. I also instructed the mechanic to check the rear brakes and to replace the pads if necessary as I needed a VA inspection done. I experienced 2 issues that will keep me from doing business here again. First, when I picked up the bike, I was nearly struck by a car exiting the parking lot because I had no "pedal" when I initially used the rear brakes. After pumping the brakes several times, hydraulic pressure returned but then there was a loud clacking sound every time I applied the brakes. I turned around and went back. The mechanic laughed and said "yeah, you need to pump the brakes a few times" in regard to the not having any pedal issue. Well my opinion is that they should have done that prior to telling me I was good to go. Also, they needed to loosen and re-tighten the caliper in order to address the clacking noise. Again, my feeling is this should have been tested out before returning the bike to me. The second major issue I had was that I asked specifically about the condition of the rear brake pads when picking up the bike and was told they were ok for now but "would probably need replacing when I needed my next tire". I was a little surprised and asked for assurance that they were safe and would pass inspection. I was told again that they did not need replacing. After putting less than 200 additional miles on my bike, I scheduled an appointment in VA to get it inspected. Guess what failed? The rear brakes as the pads were paper thin and about to ruin the rotors. Now I should have checked the brakes better myself, but it makes no sense to me why I was lied to about their condition. If they didnt have pads in stock at SRS, they should have still been competent enough to know that the pads needed replacing now and would not last another 12,000 - 20,000 miles!
