Last Saturday I was looking for a wireless headset from my helmet. While searching for a Sena SMH10 I found Cycle Gear was having a sale, a solo SMH10 was on sale for $124.30. I went to my local Cycle Gear, they only had the dual sets in stock, said they would order the one I wanted. I told them sure and paid then. Waited till Wednesday no word for them, went by the store, got a story about them being out of stock at the warehouse, they had some in inventory at a store about 1.5 hours away, they would have it by Friday. I stopped in Saturday when they opened at 10am, guy working said it has not come in, and the manager would call me when he came in. I told the guy working that I was not happy, could have ordered on line at any place and had it in 3 days, I was polite and did not cause any problems. I went back at at around noon, manager said he was sorry and asked if I would take a Sena 10S for the same price as the SMH10 to make up for the mix up. I really have to Cycle Gear some props, they really stepped up.

The gear they have here is good but they didnt seem to want an in store sale. They kept directing us to their website rather than the gear in the store. Im not sure if that is a low stock thing or what, but they guided my girlfriend away from the motorcycle jacket that she ended up getting because they said the fit would be terrible. It ended up fitting perfectly, and another store ended up with the sale despite it being in stock at this store. The main reason for going here for us was to try gear for fit before buying so suggesting online and saying returns are easy isnt why we drove 40 minutes to see what they had in stock

I recently purchased some new riding gloves from this store. The store is fairly large with an decent selection of items for riding apparel. The prices seem fair, at least for a physical retail store. My only gripe about this store was the mediocre customer service, this could simply be that I got there on a bad day. I was in the store for several minutes circling the glove rack trying to find the correct sized gloves before I was acknowledged by any staff member. This was during a slow business hour so I image that they were busy attending to tidying up the store or something,

Went in today to look at helmets, employees were very helpful. I was looking at a helmet that was around $500. I asked one of the employees a few questions about the helmet and he informed me that they had one of the same model that I was looking at on sale for $250. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the customer service at this location.

Extremely cramped inside. They downsized from a larger location but have too much on the floor in their newer building making it very difficult to get around. If you are in a wheelchair or are using devices to aid in walking, this is not the store for you.

Store is not well kept and sloppy. Some staff members are abbrasive, as well as not very knowledgeable. I have witnessed them misrepresent product and mislead other clients. Have even had them attempt to sell me on a product that had missing parts.

Ive been in this store multiple times now and each time the service is great. The employees working here always take care of their customers and invite a positive atmosphere for shopping and evening having a quick conversation. Keep up the good work.

Ive been to the store and I enjoyed my vosot although o didnt purchase anything. I have order numerous things from their online website and Ive always been pleased with the quality and their customer service team is the best Ive ever dealt with.

Pretty good selection for last minute stuff. Quality isnt always great on stuff bbut in a pinch its a good place good place to grab items. Service is always great. I like dealing with riders- they just get it!

I went in on Saturday to look at riding gear. After about 30 min of browsing none of the sales staff had even spoken. Maybe they were just off, but I doubt Ill give them a second try.
