I needed a part that all other local stores in the area didnt have in stock. The part broke Friday evening and I called around first thing Sat looking for the part. Most stores said they couldnt get the part until Tuesday. One said they could possibly have it Monday. Autozone said their warehouse in Madison had the part and they would have it around 5 PM same day. They called me shortly after 5 as promised letting me know the part came in. Customer service in store was good and quick. Really couldnt have been faster as my part was sitting on the counter waiting on me. Part worked as expected.

I was surprised when I called the store for a lousy starter bolt that the guy that I talked to was as helpful as if I were buying $1K worth of parts. When I got there, he even brought a starter out so I could examine it off the truck. I always go in there to buy my oil and stuff but they really impressed me today. When I got there, he was waiting on me and took me personally right to the bolts that I needed. I highly recommend the AutoZone in Spring Hill.

The staff are knowledgeable and okay to fix any issues that pop up. Recently I went to them and ordered a hitch kit for my car; it arrived two days later, but then I found out they had ordered one for a different model car. The return was easy, and the staff was very willing to work with me to get what I needed.

Poor service. Stood at counter waiting to cash out so long my daughter started crying, guy just kept answering the phone looking up parts for people. Someone was hanging out behind counter apparently doesnt work there. Advance Auto service was great.

Had an issue with my battery. Came in tested the battery to be bad, had mine in Stock and had a new one installed within 5 minutes. Very prompt service, and professional. Highly recommended.
