Sent my girlfriend here for a new battery and to have it installed in her impala since I was out of town. Guy told her he couldnt put it in because it was 45-60 minute job and they werent equipped to do that. He lied to her because he didnt want to go outside and change it out like Autozone advertises. For the record, its a 5 minute job that involves removing 2 bolts, 2 nuts and the terminals. I thought about having her buy the tools and tell her how to do it over the phone and still it would have only taken 10 minutes.

My car broke down and didnt have the money to tow it. The staff got a tow cable and had an employee come and towns my car home and wouldnt let me pay them anything. They went above and beyond to help me because Im a regular customers
