This autozone just like all others is terrible. I have never gone to autozone and gotten the correct part. And when you go in with the exact part number (because they obviously cant figure it out) they wont exchange anything. Even if the new product is of equal or lesser value they wont exchange. So when previously buying something on my card they could only put the money back onto my card which I didnt have. They wont give you store credit or anything. Its most likely because they couldnt figure it out because theyre mostly idiots. Tonight advanced auto, which is fantastic, didnt have my part. I took a chance with autozone one more time. Once again they just cant handle a simple part. Its completely wrong. I thought I was bring harsh when saying this before. But I can feel ok in saying I will absolutely never shop at autozone again. Ill build my own part from scrap metal before I buy their non fitting crap.

I highly recommend this location. I have been there before and received excellent, helpful service. Today I had some problems with my windshield wipers. Marie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She earned my respect and my gratitude for her able assistance. When a further complication arose, she called on Eric. He quickly jumped in to help out and spent several minutes with me and my car to help resolve the issue. Both were highly professional. One reason I like this place is no one tried to sell me anything I didnt need.

One man caused this negative review, but AutoZone continues to employ him. He is very demeaning or condescending towards women who come in to buy products, hes very sarcastic & rolls his eyes or even turns his back on you. I have not been to auto zone in months will continue with Advanced or OReillys, with employees with some manners & great customer service.

There is a great selection of products for your car, truck, motorcycle, moped, etc. I usually have no problem finding what I need without any assistance since the store is well organized. Being a younger guy, most of the employees here dont pay much attention to me (I assume they expect that I wont be purchasing much).

I have never walked into an Autozone and received bad advice, but the Autozone staff at the Valparaiso Autozone were phenomenal and by far the most helpful staff I have ever run cross. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for parts for their vehicle or even just advice about car trouble. Sean

Very helpful, my bulbs were out on my back and front of my car, I purchased them and the man waiting on me asked if I wanted them installed, I was pleasantly surprised and took him up on the offer, what a great service!!! Although, he did say as long as it wasnt difficult. It wasnt. Thank goodness.

General merchandise is ok especially if its on sale. Electronics like alternator NO thanks. You might make it through the one warranty MAYBE... but I can tell you you will be replacing the electrical item before you should/or would like to. Pay for better quality else where.

I have two cars with hard to find parts theyve always manage to find them for me and have them in within the next day or two theres only been maybe one instance where I ordered a part and it broke down and I had to return it but they got me another one no problem

The employees are extremely helpful and will five you ideas and tips to solve what ever problem youre facing. And if town at you purchase doesnt work they will give you a refund even without the packaging, just bring a receipt.

My experience here was okay. I didnt need any assistance finding the item I was looking for, but I did spend an inordinately long amount of time waiting to check out considering there were 5-6 employees in the store.

They waste time with others and know you stand there waiting. They need more help, they order wrong parts, when calling, they may possibly counting money out loud as you are speaking. NOT customer service oriented.
