My first experience i brought a battery that was a little drained. I know for the test it needs to be fully charged. the employee kept testing the battery without charging it first. then continued to argue with me telling me the battery was defective and that i needed to buy a new one. i went today to buy a part and before i went i called to make sure they had the part. so while Im waiting in line all the employees were outside helping two ladies with there car. leaving everyone inside the store who needed something alone. they come in to help us and the employee cant even use the computer. when he finally was able to find one that works for him there was only one part in stock. he goes to the back to check and the part we wanted wasnt in the slot , so he brings the more expensive version and i open it to check and it was the wrong part. looks like the employees havent had the right training or any knowledge.

I must say this store is the standard for all AutoZones, Eve Carter helped me with a battery, only a battery mind you, but still she did everything in her power to make sure I got the right battery at the best price, even price matched a competitors price to save me some money. Her customer service skills are by far the best Ive seen in the industry today, top notch customer service and friendly laughing happy funny, just all together a great experience, because of Ms Eve my family and I will be using AutoZone from here on out. Kudos to Eve and the crew there. This woman needs a raise or should be teaching others in customer service skills. Happy happy joy joy!!!

Went to get an "check engine" computer read out, which seemed to go okay except they couldnt find the results for my car. The young man was cordial and tried to help, then loud manager said to look up the code online and check google for help. We went back to the car and tried to start it. It would no longer start up. Went back into store and manager promptly said they werent responsible, and after I tried to explain, she tried to look up a part I didnt ask for, told me to call my dealer. I will not be back to this autozone ever. I had to have car towed to my mechanic, a very stressful day. Bad communication, lack of understanding, and dismissive.

The new Auto Zone on Hwy 200 by the CVS near TOTW is excellent. Manager Don Dunne (I hope I recall his name correctly) was so helpful selling me replacement wiper blades. He insisted on installing them for me, and when one wasnt just right, he tried two others until he was satisfied the fit and performance were perfect--all while balancing a lot of customers. He and the only one other guy working were courteous, knowledgeable, and literally trotting from one customer and one job to the next. You just dont see this kind of knowledgeable, friendly, efficient service much these days.

The layout of this store makes no sense, and the staff act like theyve had their souls sucked out. Honestly, there are auto parts stores everywhere. You can do better elsewhere.
