Worst place to bring your vehicle, appointment does not mean anything, had to bring vehicle in 4 times for them to get balace and alignment correct. They kept on putting weights on the factory wheel cover plastic and they would come off going down the road. Did not put additive when replace oil in rear differential, had to bring it back because tires started skipping on turns and when accelerating within 50 miles of driving. Had to interrogate them to find out they did not put additive even tough the specs call for it. Manager said no way for me to prove that it did not do t hat before. Vehicle is godge ram mega cab1500, I had to tell them not to use regular 1500 specs. Even their printout of the specs list mega cab seperate.

Not the best places to receive service, the only reason I say that is the customer service you receive, the older gentleman I dealt with was very helpful but at two occasions the lady at the register is very dry and seems to always be in a bad mood ( as if she hates her job ) , if you own a Chrysler they do not have the attachments to remove your tires ( I was told Chrysler has a special attachment to remove tires) I dont know how much truth there is to that but I thought its worth mentioning.

Worst place to get your vehicle serviced or to buy tires. If you like a place that is understaffed and poor customer service, this place is for you! Thought I would give it another chance today, no kidding it went just the way I thought it would! 6:30 and nobody in the store, but they are too busy to patch a tire.

The district manager needs to call me asap before a huge lawsuit is put into stone! Its been months now and havent heard a word ! U cant drop someones vehicle on the frame and throw it under the rug
