So my neices friend has some orbeez so then she wanted some So I called before i went cause it would be pointless if i drove up their aand asked if they had orbeez the lADY SAID said what are those so then i figured obviously not ...then the girl i was with called them the person didnt anwser so she called again they hung up twice and i stayed on the line then finally she said And i quote "you know your being recored??" my friend said " ok this is a serous question" i thought that was sorta rude. So i finally Decided to go to This Walmart stupid store and said DO u have any orbeez here NONE of them knew and i asked at least fifteen people i mean my niece will be VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!! So i strongly recomend not to call and just Go in and find whatever you are looking for !

I was in the woodhaven walmart tonight to get some very specific things. I came in around 11pm and expected to be quick. I asked the midnight stocker Zach about a product and he searched along with 4 other employees diligently to find it, this store does not carry this product. I also asked for a few other things and again Zach helped me find each one apologizing when they were moved but quickly locating someone who knew where the product was. I do not do much walmart shopping but this particular young man made my experience as painless as possible. Thanks agan Zach.

I would give 0 stars if i could. I am befuddled at the fact that this stores biggest money draw most likely being electronics had a young man who couldnt even tell me what a hdmi input was. I asked a simple question I can ask any electronics person. "Hello I was wondering if you have a HDMI monitor cable." The response I got was chilling. "What does that look like?" Im not saying he did a bad job pointing me in the right Isle which I found you didnt carry what I needed. He just is in the wrong department I feel.

What can I say...Walmart is Walmart, but I cannot believe that a 24 hour Walmart has employees that are not able to help a customer over the phone. I just spoke with a man over the phone and asked if they carried a specific product. The man was nice and all, but he said that I had to call back during the day shift. That nobody on nights can tell me if they carry a product. So why stay open 24 hours a day? That just blew my mind and I thought I would share with you!

Absolutely rude employees!!!! Was on the phone requesting for a refund and she gave me the most condescending attitude every customer service is trash here...dont bother getting your money back from this place ...i was extremely upset about my order and they hung up on me..im never going here again ...this was my first time having this problem ..i felt very belittled by them...i hope something happens and they get written up for this...

Starting off, its a walmart. BUT its usually a clean, organized (for a walmart) store. I have not had problems with food (spoilage/date). It has a decent health and beauty section. It doesnt have as large of a "furniture type" section as other walmart stores, so if you dont see it look online and have ship to store. HOWEVER their ship to store / customer service does tend to be on the understaffed (therefore slow) side.

They only had 1 person working the deli..and never can keep anything in stock in the groceries and health and beauty products...very frustrating..but the other location (taylor on telegraph has it or them items in stock) so i dont know if its the lack of employees not getting it out on the floor or management not placing thier ordering of the products....needless too say i will stick with meijer and Kroger

I purchase photos frames before Christmas I always check the bag I let the cashier tell me that everything was in my bags and took her word. when I got home they wasnt there call back up to the store they had me on hold but at least an hour then came back and told me that I had took them with me unfortunately I do love Walmart but that was a very bad experience.

Best Walmart around. Low prices, great selection, and the produce is much better than the other stores in the area. The only drawback is that they only keep a few check-out lanes open at a time, so it takes a bit longer to get out, but the savings are worth the wait!

Optical Center Tech was very attentive, explained all my options and selections for new lenses... Didnt try to sell me the most expensive. Helped me pick what was best selection for me. Lenses took about a week and were perfect on the first try.

As far as Walmarts go this is the nicest one Ive been to. And if youre into crafting and cake decorating, they have more selection than most. Plus this corner has 2 of almost every type of store like Walmart, Meijer, Target, Aldi, etc.

DO NOT BUY MEAT HERE! I was here today and noticed they had relabeled their beef 2 & 3 times. Curious, I peeled off the top label and it was dated 7/09 and had been relabeled Aug 21... Some was turning color. UNSAFE!

If U R looking for good customer service, this is a good walmart. But if U R looking for savings, on many things they are higher than other walmarts. I look for savings myself so I will stay away from this one.

Okay I normally dont review businesses, but this place is god awful. Every time I go there its a hassle, every single employee I have dealt with here has been completely unhelpful and/or downright rude.

Pretty decent Walmart, never had any issues here. Actually well-maintained compared to a lot of Walmarts Ive seen, great for low-cost goods and some 24/7 needs other stores just cant accommodate.

Employees could be nicer to the customer and help us out when we need to find something. But in the long run I love the prices and the fact my car can get work on while I am shopping

What the heck...how hard is it to put together a market fresh sandwich...and i say that loosely .charging 7.99 to throw a blob of turkey in a pile on stale bread...how disapointing..

This walmart is the typical walmart. They have the items youd find at any other really. The people that worked here were pretty helpful and I couldnt find any faults in anything.

They no longer price match and everything is labeled wrong. This Walmart is a joke. I will never go back. Even the cashiers never crack a smile and are rude. Worst walmart

Thevy dont seem to have a lot of natural and organic foods. Ive never found any of their breads in the bakery section that dont have high fructose corn syrup in them!

After renovation this Walmart is pretty awesome, new floors, everything clean and stocked. A lot of registers are open. Fast check out. Friendly employees.
