Are these people serious...looks like the owner and his family are writing these reviews...icon computers suck..poor service..poor attitudes...very prejudice towards afro americans and definitely male chovanist...they treat women like crap...I went there twice giving them the benifit of the doubt..shame on me...the one guy with the funny colored eyes is the head mean man in charge..he messed up my computer on purpose and then offered me to buy another computer for top dollar. he has a thing against Hewlett Packard computers... I had a hp laptop and he told me my laptops mother board was damaged...he lied just to get me to trade it in..he also went on to say that vistas operation system is crap and I find that not to be true...I love my hp and would never part from it...So hey you at icon computer...take your computers your high prices, your very nasty attitude and stick it to yourself... you get nnnnoooooo stars from me.

I had an issue with my daughters PC and brought it into Icon to find out why it wouldnt start up. The staff there was friendly and helpful and said that they could take care of the problems. That same day, they called me to report that they had solved the problem and the computer was working now. It turned out that we had viruses on the computer and since this is my first windows machine, I hadnt even thought of installing virus software since my Macs dont need it. Got a great education and the price was right. Highly recommended.

Pfff !!! These people dont even know how to fix a computer!! I took my laptop three times in one week and the problem wasnt even fixed! and i dont talk about their bad attitude! they make you feel like you are unwanted in the store seriously? I have spent 120$ for nothing! This store is a shame !! I will never go to it anymore ! Micro Computers fixed my problem i 1 hour for only 15$! I will ever be their valued customer!! Shame on Icon!

I took in my PC and they didnt even open it they scammed me and the guy next to me. if i could rate them 0 stars i would. all these guys do is scam dont take it.. micro computers were better atleast they tell the truth. a bunch of scammers just wanted to make money no wonder they over price there stuff. There probably not even licensed. They need to learn. They lied straight to my face. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL

this place is full of scammers i took in my computer they charged me 50 dollars to take a look at it then try telling me my mother board is bad they can fix it for 300$ so i took it to micro computers down the street they didnt charge me anything and its was a 10$ fix.....icon is garbage

This place was a big help for me, after months trying to fix my MacBook Pro, even Apple Store couldint fix it, this place fixed my laptop and saved me a lot of money, good people, friendly , honest, and most important they are effective, I recommend this place to anyone.

Icon computers are a life saver, they are experts at working on pcs and macs. Every experience i have had with them has ended with a positive experience.I also like the fact that they dont over charge you on repairs and repairs are done in a timely manner.

Horrible service, they didnt even call me to tell me they finished my check up that they charged $40 to look at, and when they did all he told me was garbage and he couldnt fix it, yeah right dont go here these are just a bunch of scammers!
