I always visit my favorite PCS expert Danny Arbo at the Rochester Hills Sprint location off of Tienken Rd., by Rite Aid and Starbucks. I love coming here because he always gives me excellent, thoughtful service, and when I had water damage on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, he immediately knew how to find a solution that worked for me. I was very grateful for this. Danny was able to set me up with the new Samsung Galaxy J3, and in my opinion the Galaxy J3 is a much better phone overall. In the past, Danny has always been the man for top notch service. He has hooked me up with phone cases, screen protectors, headphones, phone chargers, and even a brand new selfie stick. All of this was greatly appreciated, since he didnt need to do this. I switched to Sprint from T-Mobile and I am not disappointed. Danny showed me how to get money for all the referrals that I sent to Sprint from other providers. I think I am up to $200 in referral money right now, which basically pays for a new phone or a couple of monthly bills. Once again, this really helps out my bottom line. That store or location often times gets very busy, but he will always find the time to take care of me, whenever I have a question or need some type of upgrade or accessory purchase. Once again, I refer the PCS expert Danny Arbo at the Sprint store of Rochester Hills to anybody that needs a new cell phone or some type of cell phone service or accessory! Great service was provided by Paul at this location. He is definitely the person to ask for if you are able to. Everything he promised, was true when the bill came in. We all know these bills are convoluted and frustrating to decipher but he went above and beyond by writing each line I have - down on paper and showing me in simple terms the charges for each line. I greatly appreciate the time he took during the entire process of my changes, and how he was there to address my concerns with the same consistency, once the bill came in. He’s an asset to Sprint and I hope they realize this. Paul was personable, professional and actually shows he listens. That’s what good service is all about. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

THIS IS THE BEST SPRINT STORE! They are all so friendly! Always very welcoming when I go in there! The total team is great. Very helpful in getting me the best product and overall value. Outstanding service all around! Dont even hesitate, if you have the chance definitely stop in there! You will not be disappointed! This store is for **** I called and ordered a case which they said they had at their "warehouse" and it would be in within a few days and they would call.. no call. So I called and asked and was told ups wasn't there yet. Called again later in the day and got the biggest line of horse **** about how NOW they just find out the warehouse never had it and now had to search other warehouses for the case. If your in customer service save the f'n lies.. if you dropped the ball admit to it and don't play your customers as fools. I will NEVER use this store again. Thank you for the less than acceptable service.

The sprint crew at the North Rochester location is beyond words can explain. I receive phenomenal service every time I go in there. These guys never fail to put a smile on my face no matter how frustrating sprint sometimes may get. I appreciate all the effort and time they put into each and every customer. I recently had the pleasure of working with Annas and can say hands down it was the best customer service I have ever received from Sprint. We was fast, effective and willing to go the extra mile. Id like to also note that I drove 20 miles north of my home to work with him rather than other stores I have visited in the past. This store goes above and beyond to make customers happy! I own a small business in Rochester and we are always going to Danny for help with our account. He is always quick to assist us and is always coming up with better ways for us to improve our services. I fully trust him with handling our account, he never disappoints! Miserable Experience. Just sat on phone with Sprint Customer Service for 1 hour and 12 minutes. Wife brought home a "FREE" Tablet--Not so free. $191.00 so far and counting. Tried to return it when I saw 1 cent extra in my bill--Store said keep it and it will be taken care of. Never taken care of. Finally returned whole thing but have all the charges, activation, late charges ect. Leaving Sprint as soon as I get a second to go to another carrier!

Horrible store, lied about what they were going to do for me. They were supposed to cancel one of my phone lines that day and did not. Making matters worse they didnt even call me to telI me there was an issue. I had to call sprint directly to get it done. In the end I had to pay for almost 2 months if unused service, because of this store I will be leaving sprint after this lease. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

Told my mom her voicemails from my deceased father on her Verizon phone would transfer to her new Sprint phone only to find out from several other phone companys that it doesnt work like that. Even if it was a misunderstanding, Andy showed no remose or sympathy towards the situation and simply didnt care. We have now lost the only recording of my fathers voice. Myself or my family will never use this sprint provider ever again.

I dont really leave reviews for businesses, but this is an exception. The quality of service that I have received at this location was outstanding. They made me feel like a friend, rather than just another customer. Very rare these days to experience such quality service. I will start referring every body here, especially after finding out they will pay me $50 for each line referred by me. Cheers to you sprint.
