But, while we believe he has corrected the problems, that’s not the reason for this email. We wanted to emphasize what a tremendous asset TJ is to your business. His technical knowledge is unquestioned and his persistence and determination to solve the problem are awesome. But, even more important, he has a friendly, polite, easy-to-work-with style that makes him welcomed in your customers’ homes. He can explain technical things to non-technical customers and always leaves asking us to call him if we have any questions; he even calls back after a week or two to check if everything’s OK. Having a capable technician come to our home today is a rare and pleasant surprise. Having someone so personable and obviously committed to our satisfaction is really amazing. RF Designs installed our security, audio, video, and internet systems in our new home in Reynolds Lake Oconee. From the very start, Rick Montgomery and his crew of knowledgeable and customer oriented technicians did and outstanding job wiring up our home and getting us up and running with all systems go. In my opinion though, having a company you can go to when you need a system fixed is just as important as the initial installation. We just had our wall mounted TV fail and need replacing. I called Rick on a Wed morning to please come and check it out for us. By that Friday afternoon (I had to go and get a new TV) we were watching our new TV. Prompt, dependable, "yes we can" type service is exactly what we need when something we know nothing about needs attention. RF Designs has provided us that type of service on several occasions now, and I know that I can depend on them in the future to provide the same outstanding "we can help" service. Great company with outstanding customer service!!

Stephanie was great with scheduling and billing and Jamie was excellent during the installation process. Weve been working with RF Design since we moved into our home in 2014. They did the initial pre-wiring for all our phone/tv/pc needs. Since that time, weve signed on for their security service and recently had them install a surround sound system in our home. Everyone that works there has been very helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a home with very complicated av and sound systems. RF Designs was great helping us figure everything out. They easily set up our security system as well, and walked me through the process of arming and disarming through an app on my phone. They have been great with a variety issues in the house.
