I bought a brand new kung fu panda/Lego Indana Jones x box 360 from this game stop and in the box was a old broken x box (E-74) and when i tried to return it they said i switched x boxs and were very, very rude with me in front of my 6yr old son.So i talked to many different managers (who all called me a liar) and no one would even check to see if that x box has been sold before. i paid over 300 bucks to get one jacked up x box and to be treated like a thief i will never go back to this game stop SO PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!! i now personal hate this game stop.. if u think about it game stop deals with a lot of used stuff and its way to easy for one of those teenage punks in there to do something shady from now on if im buying something new im not going somewhere where there can be a mix up im going to someone who deals in only new stuff unless im looking for used stuff (Best buy Walmart Meijer u know)

I came in the other day to pay my cricket bill, Karissa was awesome and made the trip painless and fun. On the other hand my payment never went trough. I called cricket the store and GameStop customer service line nothing was resolved. I came in today and Kerry went up and beyond what I would have expected and helped clear up everything and I was on my way. I cant be thankful enough so sad to say how much we rely on our cell phones. Thank you again to the woodhaven gs I will becoming to you more often!!

Was told I could get a midnight release online from the GameStop website WITHOUT a preorder, I waited in line for 10 minutes to be told I couldnt get it until tomorrow(which is technically was). Ended up going to meijer and got it with no questions asked. Horrific customer service and your company just lost 60 dollars plus a customer for life.

Tried to bait and switch me. I was very specific on the edition of the game I was looking for. Including full name and price. They only had the standard and deluxe editions of the game and not the level I wanted.
