A month ago purchase the galaxy s8+. When the gentleman put on my screen protector it didnt look right. I was told if I had issues with it bring it in and he would fix it. A week later it just falls off. So I went back to the store where young woman proceeded to tell me it was my fault and they were going to have to charge me again. I told this lady I would not deal with her. Went back two other times looking for the gentleman. The last time she said 10 dollars and I responded with no way. I was not going to pay twice for their bad service. When I was walking out the door she stopped me and replaced it for free. Well its a week later and it fell off again. Customer service is rude there and do not know how to properly put their products on. I went to another sprint store and paid again for a screen protector. Will never go back!

Sarah is the best! She got my family and I all brand new iPhone 7s and she was able to lower my bill! She went out of her way to call me and let me know about all the awesome promotions that I was eligible for! She gave us great discounts on accessories as well! Andy was also very helpful when it came to getting my sons games transferred! This is defiantly an amazing location! I recommend everyone to come here and you will not be sorry! They go above and beyond to keep their customers happy! It was a great experience. Cant wait to go back in a year and upgrade!

Service was ok, till you sign a contract or they get your money. Then the way they treat people is sub-human. This location alone made me swear to never use sprint again. Andy treats people less than dried spit on the bottom of a shoe. Everyone associated with this store deserves a thousand horrors of a thousand lifetimes. I would rather swim through shards of glass and then bathe in salt than give these people a single cent of my money. It pains me just to acknowledge their existence.

I switched to a new phone and asked to have my pictures and videos transfered off my old one because I sold it to sprint. They only gave me the pictures that I had in the default folder and everything else was deleted. That was all of my memories from all of my phones ever. I had a special folder of pictures of my grandma as well and she passed away about a month after they deleted everything. I cant believe that they were so careless. They dont care about their customers at all.

the funny thing is the worst comment on here has over 10 likes. im glad im not the only 1 who hates this store n the woman , or should i say little girls who work there. 1st of all they dnt even wear sprint attire. i felt like i was in a club. and 2nd they r so rude, so mean, and so stuck up. some1 plz take these employees n make them bartenders somewhere. i got no help and was basically ignored bc i didnt want 2 buy anything. just needed some help w my plan. i hate sprint

I would like to thank R.W for insisting that I had dropped my phone in water.. Im sure you come across plenty of customers that say they didnt when they have.. dont clump them all together and assume. Asked he THREE times like Im a child. Then tells me to go to an Apple Store where they will test if I, in fact, dropped it in water.. smh.. terrible customer service. Never again. The sprint store at partridge creek wasnt any better..

this store is a joke, they told me the only way I can get new phones is if I first buy out all my phones (over 200$ a piece, lie, call and cancel my lines, get new phone numbers AND THEN I can get the iphone7) well thanks a lot to the woman in there, I switched to tmobile and now have better service, ill pay the extra money to never deal with them again.

They are under new management, so when you stop in dont be surprised to see new and smiling faces! Customer Service was excellent. Ive been going to this location for 3 years, and their customer service the past couple of months has been magnificent. Anything you need, do not even hesitate, they will go above and beyond to help!

I glanced at the name tag of the girl sarah in there who wouldnt even come from behind the glass to greet me. The good reviews here are fake for sure

A wonderful store. Ive been looking for a new sprint store after the one I use to go to went down hill. Janalle was super helpful and helped me get a better plan and helped me get my new phone set up with ease after my old one broke. Thank you so much for your time Janalle! I will be coming back!

Janalle was so helpful!!!! I was having such a bad day trying to upgrade my phones and she was so kind and patient to get me the phone I wanted even through all the trouble we were having. Definitely great at doing what she does. I wont deal with anyone but her from now on.

Weve been stuck here for over 2 hours to simply activate a new phone... There was another couple who has been here since before us and is gonna be here when we leave. This is unbelievably overwhelming to purchase a phone.

Very helpful Staff. I had a broken phone that had very important information on it, they were able to get my phone back on for a few minutes and got my stuff transferred over to an old phone I had with no issues.
