I like the selection of stores. And love that there is a vape shop here! I am able to visit after work and on the weekends. Most vape shops close early and are closed on Sundays. So, I like that they are in the mall because they operate during their hours! Their staff is amazing also. Every time I am there, there is a line, but they still give each customer their full attention. They are knowledgable and very friendly. And their reward card program is great too! I highly recommend this location! **Ive never seen a hookah lounge in this mall anywhere! - in response to a previous reviewer.

Very clean and the janitors always seemed to be on the job clean rest rooms and food court. No overflowing garbage bins even during lunch crowd. It is smaller as noted by others but unless you want to travel to Lancaster or worse yet King of Prussia its great. Id give it a five star rating if they just had more benches through the mall. After several months on crutches from a broken ankle I better understand what its like for handicapped to get around without ample seating.

There are 3 malls in Harrisburg area and this one has the best selection of stores but overall has a sketchy atmosphere and I was very turned off with several men vaping at the kiosk that sells that junk which is right near the main entrance. Really gross. Vaping in the mall, this mall is in the middle of nowhere but it is 2016 and this is unacceptable it should be banned. I would not go back.

What this mall lacks in size is made up for in diversity of retailers. Aside from the dynamic variety of stores there are a handful of not-so-common retailers and businesses located here. As of the summer of 2017, Capital City Mall is undergoing major renovations on one wing of the building which will offer new amenities and businesses for mall patrons.

A nice, moderate size indoor mall, with good brands like Hollister, American Eagle, Victorias Secret and others. You can definitely spend some time here shopping, then grab a bite to eat at the food court. Restrooms are only on one side of the mall so be prepared to walk a bit if youre on the other side. Dicks Sporting Goods should be coming soon.

Very clean, safe, but a bit small. I have noticed stores have been closing, but they have replaced them with very good stores that I personally love (H&M, DSW, etc.). I personally would choose to go to a huge high end mall like, King of Prussia or Towson, but its nice to have a mall very local to where I live and have a good store selection. :)

Pretty decent compared to the dead malls in this area. I like the variety of stores they have. What I dont appreciate is the mall security officers texting and staring at their phones while theyre on the job. Theyre supposed to be there to patrol and keep everyone safe. Has nothing on malls in New Jersey though.

Its your typical mall with the usual cadre of stores, though its losing Sears. The downside are the people working the kiosks within the center of the corridors. They bark at you for attention which is annoying. They have an Aunt Annes which always has a line, as well as the Starbucks.

Seems to keep their lots filled, but there are a lot of niche places these days as well as super trendy shops (coughcoughH&Mcoughcough) that are just plain unaffordable. Food court feels like a revolving door and every time something I love comes in, its gone the next month.

Not a great selection, looked at getting a tablet at sprint but they demanded cash the Blond lady working the counter who claimed to be a manager was the most rude person I have ever encountered. I will never use any sprint product or service ever cause of that experience

The Capital City Mall has been the go to place for the West Shore communities for as long as I can remember. Always re-inventing it self and updating the shopping center may not be the biggest but it feels the need especially during the peak shopping seasons.

Theres nothing there that isnt great. Love the food court, the recent additions, the tried and true stores, the parking, the early opening for mall walking before the stores open, and the best barber/hair stylist in the world. Whats not to love?

Been visiting this mall for 20 years now. The stores have been great and getting better as the years pass. Food court sushi is good too. Plenty of options for shopping and if your into taking a stroll around the mall its good for exercise

Clean, bright and full of a great variety of stores. Nice food court with plenty of options. Theyre adding a new Dicks Sporting Goods to replace Sears too. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the new store and dont forget Field and Stream!

Nice shopping mall with a variety of stores to shop at. Always clean, including the food court. Rides for kids and quarter machines are available. Seems like its missing something, but I cant put my finger on it. Otherwise, great mall!

Not very busy inside, but seemingly always busy in the parking lot. The Victoria secret inside is terrible getting through the check out line. The Forever 21 is incredibly well stocked and organized. The Macys is a bore.

The Capital City Mall is the Harrisburg Areas largest and cleanest mall, although as malls go, its still definitely on the small side. For a larger mall in Central PA, one just visit the Park City Mall in Lancaster.

Shoe department is a small store but they need more people working there. I was ignored even though the associate saw me, ended up going somewhere else. The rest of the mall is nice, clean, and fun to walk around.

Been coming to this mall for years. It is the last good mall in the capital region. Blows Colonial Park and the Harrisburg Mall away. Always clean and well-lit. Good selection of national chains.

The mall is clean, well organized, and still doing fairly well. The food court, however, seems to constantly be losing restaurants - the former KFC, Taco Bell, and Garfields are all no longer there.

Mall is very clean and the security guard presence is noticeable. There is no longer a customer service kiosk or number to call which is upsetting but the security guards are very helpful!

The food places are good, the stores are getting overpriced, and businesses keep dying. Get there while you can for any deals that may come up, but the mall may soon be facing its end.

Probably the best mall in the Harrisburg area but still tiny. Anchored by Macys, sears, and JC Penney. H&M is coming soon. The mall seems to be going through a rebuilding phase.

There is nothing great about this mall. There is nothing terrible about this mall. Its certainly not high end, but you really have no reason to expect that out of central PA.

Very lacking in store variety. The food court is run by foreign places. Just a very lacking atmosphere in itself. Would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Harrisburg.

Many stores with good sales for those shopping for Christmas deals. I found good Christmas gifts on sale in Macys and for the females Victoria Secret has an ongoing sale

I sometimes bring my daughter to the Cap. City Mall to explore and to get my 10K steps inside. Its very clean and they have a family bathroom which is very convenient.
